This is not my first visit to this jack in the box but it will be my last.. the fries not done… the oil is old and the chicken sandwich is burnt and the tacos are awful!!! I’m so mad I spent 50$ on crap!!!
Several times I've come here after my husband gets out of work & they always had "systems down" or were just plain out of food. Today though, we got there & the lady in the drive through said "one of our cashiers will be right with you" so we waited 15-20 minutes. So we drive to the window to see what's up because we could hear talking on the intercom but when we said hello again they didn't respond. We could see a someone sitting in the office. So we honk to get their attention. Instantly this girl came out, gave us a dirty look and said "we're closed" so we asked why tell us that "a cashier would be right with you" then pretend like she couldn't hear us and faked struggling to open the drive through window.Like if you're the only one working I get that say you're closed at the intercom. Don't lie to us & make us wait for nothing.
Had a couple of bad experiences here the last of which I was waiting for my food for over 20 minutes when I got it it was cold and I didn't realize I was missing two tacos and some munchie meals that I had ordered or not in the box they're just thrown into like little boxes separated I went to normal amount of food also the tacos made both my daughter and my wife sick. If you guys never go here at night time the crew doesn't get in trouble I filed a complaint against him on their corporate office and requested for the manager to contact me I was never contacted. Probably the worst fast food restaurant I've ever been to in my life
How can they claim to be 24hrs when it’s not? 3rd time coming . Last times were on a weekday so I just shrugged it off and went to whataburger. I went tonight sat/Sunday at 3:30am same thing. Isn’t this kinda your busy time. .. fine close but let all the public know and don’t claim to be 24hrs
The Deluxe Fish Sandwich Combo was delicious the first time ordering. Customer-friendly service was not presented nor smiling faces can work on it.
Always messing up my order everytime I go through the drive thur. Then no one ever answers the phone. I’m getting sick of this !!! I Asked for a Loaded Tiny Tacos n got this , where is my lettuce??
My tacos are always fresh and even the lettuce has been fresh lately, none of that brownish soggy ish, some fresh crunchy green letters that really makes the taco if it's fresh and hot
They give you the food you didn’t order they have bad service and I just ordered 2 burgers and they tried to charge me $88
Just paid 30 bucks for food and they for gotbthe fries and this is what the hashbrowns look like. The drinks were flat. A waste of money and when you call they don't care. I will be calling corprate this is totally unacceptable.
Every visit after Mrs Latoya, has been horrible. They are either out of ingredients, they have you pull around to the side and complain when you ask for sauce and have to go back in to get it or they don't give you everything you ordered nor a receipt. Tonight I ordered Door Dash from there and they wouldn't talk to the driver, which forced them to cancel my order. It's horrible service any way you go.Latoya was very professional in the drive thru! She's honestly the reason I'm giving 4 stars. The food was mediocre at best.
