She got my order 2 times for being on the phone all the time I was there it’s a asian women in the morning.I told her about my order then she started arguing with me .

Great donuts and croissants. I live directly across the street from this place but I won’t be going back. The lady at the counter is horrible. It’s like she doesn’t want to be there. Either she has her phone on speaker with it on her shoulder rambling away with whoever or just seems like she wants us to hurry and leave. My baby spoke to her and she was so into her phone she didn’t even respond. Donuts and Ice coffee is good but I’ll take my baby somewhere we are actually appreciated.
Support family own small business y’all it’s because they are way better than Shipley and dunkin. ESP this little gem in Rosenberg. The young lady is so nice and very helpful. Had a big order for my office and everyone loved it. ?highly recommend
Visited for the first time yesterday and the donuts are tasty however I am big on customer service. The lady behind the counter is not friendly and her demeanor comes off as please hurry up and there was no one behind me. Based on my experience I will drive a little further for better customer service.
Highly recommend!! I stopped here to buy donuts for the seniors of Fort Bend Seniors Meals on Wheels. The staff is very nice and knowledgeable about all of their products. I got a sausage, egg and cheese croissant for myself, it was so delicious.
Best donut ever. Glad I found it. If you live in Rosenberg and never try j&a on hwy36 you’re missing out. The Crossiant are so crunchy and fresh also the consistency of the kolaches bread are just very soft. Plus donuts glazed are so creamy, And the stuffs are very nice too.
