Never got everything we fully ordered they never have the special menus so you can't order whatever the special food is at the time. The meal took over an hour because it was just so slow. Only two wait staff and more people kept coming in. People left due to not being seated by anyone.
Had a great time with the family…we love IHOP and Rosenberg IHOP DIDNT disappoint!!! Service was great it was clean and food was great too!!!
I have several food sensitivities - wheat, rice, tomato, just to name a few. When visiting a breakfast place, my options are limited. They were very accommodating. The chef made me an omelette with fresh cracked eggs, instead of using the egg mixture that contains pancake batter. It was great! We will definitely be visiting again.
Overpriced and understaffed. The server that took our order was nice but we were the only other customers there besides another couple. She never checked on us and when we flagged her down she still forgot to bring what we asked for so we gave up and left
They didn't give me the blueberry pancakes i ordered, and also they skimped another plate and didn't put the ham. I mean how hard is it to give me blueberry pancakes i paid extra for... but i dnt usually order ihop anyways ill stick to Denny's. I get it's busy Mother's day but ppl need to communicate which order contains what, but thats why these ppl work an Ihop, not that bright i guess.

Most of the time the service is quick. Sometimes the food can take a while once ordered but not very often. The staff is normally friendly and food is always good as expected. I come here regularly.

The now hiring sign is extremely appropriate. There was one waitress who was seating everyone and waiting every table and busing every table. That being said she was extremely welcoming and thorough at her job.
Nooo. They need to shut down go and shadow, work for the Sugarland branch then bring back the professionalism and food quality. It was a great disappointment. A new chef with taste would be great or at least train them well.
