I drive through to get dinner for my family. The chicken always is big pieces, crunchy and so delicious. The sides are great and there's a big variety to choose from. Prices are very reasonable.
Omg they have new owners and everything was fresh and delicious and the zerive was nice store was clean.
I usually never write reviews for restaurants but I just have to praise Anthony and the Hartz team.I called in an order for my family for dinner. Anthony answered and was very polite and professional. I .was on speaker phone and even my sister-in-law was impressed with his customer service. He also ensured that my food was going to be fresh. He was 100% correct. As I waited to pay for my fresh food he generously offered me a free soft drink for my wait. My family visits this place at least 2-3 times a month. Never a bad experience at this location but today was the best service I recieved at this store. Continue the great service, Anthony and crew!

I ordered through the drive through. After I ordered they told me it would be a 14 minute wait for what I ordered, it was a Friday night so I figured I'd rather wait for something fresh than take my chances waiting in another line.So I pull around to the window and pay, where they offered a free drink because of the wait, after they gave me the drink they asked if I would pull forward so they could serve more guests, I pulled forward and parked directly in front on the front door.30 minutes later, a young woman walks out and hands my order to another car that arrived after me.I roll my window down and let her know I was there before that car, she asked what I ordered, I told her, she attempted to get my order back from the car she had given it to but they decided they didn't want to wait and took off with my orderSo the lady tagged my receipt back into the store,5 more minutes go by and she comes out to inform me they are now out of something I ordered ( the other car got it!), And asked me what I would like instead, so I settled on another side order, with no wait...10 minutes later, another young woman comes out and hands me my order.Moral of the story, I'm pretty sure I got the backup backup team, take your chances if you must but I wouldn't go back while they are busy.The food was good, but I could have made fried chicken in the 45 minutes it took to get my food.
Best fried fish around but the window service is lacking. Used to be a local young man who was polite and said thank you and would say will be a minute. Today lady took order at drive thru and only spoke total amount due when she came to window with order, no how you doing, sorry about wait, nothing.
Love the chicken. We don't have Hartz in Rio Grande Valley. We make this 1st stop when we visit the area
It sucked....no buffet and the items on the small board wasn't even seasoned...ugh
The only reason I gave it this rating there wasn't one lower. We drive past this location and keep going about 20 miles down the road, worth the drive.
Lazy workers. Pulled up to drive thru at 3:35PM. They stating they were closing at 4:00 and that the fish was too frozen to make by 4:00. If you have the food during business hours, COOK it. It’s your job.
