Great, mom and pops Chinese food to go!I will agree the phone attendant is a bit rude, however that doesn’t take away from how good the food is. Just be patient with her, her English may come a bit strong, it could be an English barrier. Other than that, food is delicious and tasty!

I've been coming here for quite some time. They are always so fast and delicious. I love their garlic chicken and vegetables and can't beat their lunch specials. I'm Taiwainese-Chinese and I'm picky about my food. Reminds me of home cooking. Score for me, I Love it!

I call her Mom, even though she is not my Mom. Mom and her staff have a great food selection that is excellent. The food is made fresh by the hardest working team I have ever seen. I highly recommend The Great Wall.

The food is great, but I can't lie, the customer service is pretty bad. If you can get pass the rudeness and abrupt staff, you will like the food.
Today i order from this restaurant lady that wad there was rude has hell almost hung up on me when i was trying to place order on the phone and was in a hurry to hang up, the website said they deliver but is a lie so i had to pick it up,food is nasty i order to go when i got home the good is not what i expected, called in to file the complaint and take food back and get my refund,the lady who answer call said manager was not there but cook can help me i said i dont want my food remade i need a refund she said she will let the manager know i ask whats the managers name i asked her 3 times and she refuse to tell me and then hung up on me,i have the recorded called for my records she did t even care to ask for a call bk number food tasted like dead dog all i could taste was the skin of the chicken it was real bad to eat, rice had no flavor i will not recommend this place at all and its dirty,i wasted 19.00 dollars and i didnt get to eat.hopefully manager is professional and contact me somehow.
