Snowcones are great, but sometimes there is always a big wait.
Just left Gabby snow Cones. The attendee made us move to the 3rd row where 2 vehicles were already waiting. 2 cars pulled up behind us and moved into the 1& 2 spot. After she took the person order that pulled in before us, she went to the 1 lane and then the 2 land. Finally came over to us. My husband ask her if they normally go in order in which you drive up and she replied yes. He then on explainedThat the attendee made us move to the 3rd lane. And she took the other 2 vehicles orders before ours. There was no apology, she said “I don’t remember & ask if we still wanted to order” after I laughed for a few seconds I said no. I’m not wasting my time on serviceThat does not matter. A simple apology might have saved a customer. We went to gabby’s frequently. This is our first time experiencing this. It will be our last. This really is poor customer service. Our drive here was about 20 minutes and it’s a waste. I have a 1stat but wanted to give a zero rating due to service.
I had never been there before it was outstanding. They snowcones were excellent I had never had a snowcone with fruit or even with pickles in it. We did not even have to get out of the vehicle they came to the vehicle
Drove 45 minutes to try their menu and will definitely do it again !!! Be sure and add a scoop of Blue Bell to your snow cone.
I love that I don't have to wait in the scorching sun. Sugar free syrups are good.
I drove all the way from Brenham (which is an hour and a half drive) just to come to Gabby’s! Let me just say it was worth the drive! I got the Watermelon Dreamsicle with cream and it was so delicious!!! Nayeli recommend this snow cone and I will get it every time! I will definitely be coming back to Gabby’s!

They have a great selection of snow cone flavors and the ice is real soft and it’s got a good texture to it. Like real shaved ice. They are open year round and have a drive thru which is unique for a snow cone stand.
