This DQ messed up my son’s Blizzard order THREE times! He ordered a medium Thin Mint, and they gave him a small. Sent it back, and they gave him a small again. Then, they finally gave him a medium, but they left the chocolate chunks out of it, so back he went again. They threw some chocolate pieces in and called it good. They also gave us two orders of chicken fingers, but we only ordered one. This place is dirty, the employees appear to be clueless, and there’s a funky smell to top off the whole experience. We won’t be back.
Wish the food experience here was better. Not up to par for some other DQ locations I have been to. Experienced a very rude woman at drive thru who after not hearing our order correctly told us we had to drive around and order the rest of our food again instead of correcting her mistake of not paying attention. 2nd star is for the Blizzard. And that's being generous
Terrible drive thru area because cars get blocked by the circle around. Food was good but the diet coke tasted strongly of cleaner. I tried calling them to warn them about it since it could make someone sick but no one answered the phone.
Got our order wrong, they were too busy talking to each other and got mad that we went back around to get our order fixed. Not going to this location again
I was on my way to DQ and read the reviews prior about the C-Head lady at the drive through and went anyway only to encounter her. Had the worst experience. Got my order wrong when I came in and told her the mistake. She was annoyed to help me. I guess she thought she was on vacation and not at work. Rude interaction. I even asked her of I did something to her for her to treat me that way. She was more annoyed. Manager.... PASSIVE...watched the whole time. Never corrected her. I told the manager I would fill out the survey..and she continued to babble as I walked out. Short Hispanic lady with bad skin and pointed teeth. Beware anyone that interacts with her. She apparently hates her job.
Crack head lady at the drive through messed up my order and also gave me some stale fries and when I came back to tell her she gets her boss n tells me not to come back this place is in need of new management or new owners HORRIBLE service and then when I confront them about it all they said is don’t come back !!!!
Terrible service! Waited 5 minutes for a person to take our order the she was rude so we left!

I went through drive thru 11/28/21 @6:10 pm order ID:AAB43KGWAJAT started ordering heard attendant DT cashier on receipt laughing while I was ordering she got my order wrong 2nd female black with white wig on interrupting and arguing about order 3rd male staff states intercom issues and come to window it's clear they were just playing around and still got my order wrong these young immature unprofessional kids don't realize they are hurting this location.
This dairy queen makes the best blizzards anywhere in Houstin! They get it right every time
