Recently I hosted a club party. I chose Chili’s in Brazos Town Center in Rosenberg, TX for this event. I initially went online to the party platters menu and found an extensive selection of appetizers and entrees. Went in person to sample some of the foods and was pleasantly surprised not only at the presentation but also the quality and service.I was given a limited budget but the large quantity of food I ordered was well under budget. Ordering was a breeze a day ahead of time. I was sent a text message the day of pickup with a secure link to pay and I did so easily. When I later arrived to pick up the large order, the manager and servers alike loaded the order promptly. The food was found to be hot, fresh, well-prepared and delicious. One doesn’t expect quality food nor good service from chain restaurants but this restaurant went over and above with both. Club attendees raved about the food and thought I ordered from a 5-star restaurant and were astonished when told it was from Chili’s! Kudos to this Chili’s! ‘Nuff said...

DO NOT eat at this location!! I was sat at a table for 40 minutes and didn't even get a drink until almost an hour later! They wasn't packed or busy!!! I found a bug on my plate and it was still alive. Then I waited for 30 minutes for my appetizer (after i got my main meal) and didn't receive it until I spoke to a manager!!!! Will NOT be coming back to this location!

Went to chillis for dinner Worst service ever Waiting for about 30 mins. To sit and they weren't even busy or packed Then waited another 40 min. To have someone come at our table to take our orders and drinks. While we were eating my friend found a bug in her food and showed it to me so I lost my appetite after seeing that and then after asking for a refill she never received it and she never got her appizer until she mentioned to a Manger. I love chillis but I was so underwhelmed with this performance. IDK if I'll ever go back to this location

This was a first time experience for me and it was extremely poor. When my food came out, it was extremely cold and when I spoke to the waitress about the temperature of the food she apologized and wanted to bring it back to the kitchen to be remade. When she took it back, she was hesitant to go back to the kitchen. I could tell there was a weird environment between the women and the men staff which really threw me off....She was phenomenal throughout the experience! The waitresses that I spoke with, all of them were nothing but sweet and understanding which I appreciate so much because I HATE being a bother! I was just not a fan of the atmosphere/food and will not be coming back. Come for the hospitality but nothing more.

Rosenberg chilis need more staff. We went there to eat. And it was not busy, but there was not enough staff one waitress. There were about 4 couples and one guy at the bar. This is the first time this has happened to us. Just not happy.

This is just HORRIBLE. The 1st pic is supposed to be loaded mashed potatoes and it looks like potato soup. There is rice under my chicken that was not requested and also black beans. The shrimp was missing from the steak, just everything about it was Horrible. I should have listened to my husband when he said don’t order from this location again. This is literally the 3rd time in a month our order was incorrect or just horrible. Definitely my last time at this location.

Worst experience ever at this location. I usually go to the Missouri city location but the Rosenberg location was the option for us today and we regret it. The host was completely ignoring us as we walked in and finally came up to say he needed to clean a table so he got a dirty rag and wiped a table right in front of us and said ok y’all can sit here. So unfortunately we did. The bartender took our order and as we waited and waited I noticed they forgot about our food. Then I say something to a waiter and he brings out uncooked pizza for my daughter and my sandwich on Parmesan bread meant for their pasta. I said when did they start making sandwiches with disgusting Parmesan bread in my turkey sandwich, I was so upset I left. Awful service never going back.

I travel a lot and when I am not – I usually go out to lunch for a good salad. I have found in our area that Cracker Barrel, Gringos, Jason’s Deli, Whataburger, Salata and a little drive is Cheddar’s. Last week I decided to give Chili’s one last chance. I walked in a little after noon to a very empty restaurant and only one person sitting at the bar. I pulled up a chair at the end of the bar and eventually the woman bartender showed up, talked with the other person for awhile and then came to me. After greetings, I asked for a water with a lime and a menu – she gave me the menu in her hand (from the other person) and said they don’t have limes – so I said OK – how about a lemon and I was ready to order. As she turned away – a lady came to the bar and sat around the corner from me. The bartender turned around and asked her if she could help her – the lady ordered a “vodka” drink and asked for a menu – so the bartender took my menu and gave it to the lady. The bartender proceeded to make the lady her “vodka” drink – and as she was almost done – the lady said that she changed her mind and wanted a “Rita” instead. The bartender promptly made her a “Rita” – dressed – with a LIME – As she gave the lady her second drink and started discussing what she wanted to order – I said excuse me! and asked “what about me? I was here before her, asked for a glass of water and was ready to order – and you have made her 2 drinks and haven’t even brought e a glass of water or taken my order. The two women just looked at me and laughed – I got up and left. Went to Gringos, sat at the bar and got immediate service – and yes – a water with a lime!

The usual Chili's experience. Like the food, love the drinks. The Jackberry Margarita was great. A must try. The Cajun Chicken Pasta and the chicken fajitas did not disappoint.

Server was nice eventhough they were understaffed. Food was good but our lunch outing took way too long. My digital check out machine was pretty dirty which made me hesitant to use it. Their water also tasted like they needed to replace their water filter.
