We ate inside and while it was busy, the staff worked hard to stay on top of everything. Our food was brought to our table. Complimentary refills were given with a smile. It was clean inside, despite the number of people coming through. What surprised me was how small the bathrooms were. But they were clean! The food, as always, was DELICIOUS. I had the cobb salad, which is my new favorite.
horrible experience the workers are very rude in the morning and they don’t listen to what we are ordering and then they get mad at you for letting them know they forgot something from our order. I’m not sure what the girls name was that took our order, but she was very unprofessional and the “team lead” did nothing but stand there confused and not resolve the problem. She let her worker be rude to customers and then they both just walk away laughing! If i wanted to get my order taken by a rude worker i could have gone to mc donald’s! DO BETTER CHIC FIL A. (ROSENBERG)
Dine-in is open. Great staff. My food order was complete. Didn't take that long. Thanks!
The fact that I pay for my meal in full and mostly get shorted with a partially filled drink full of ice or 4-6 waffle fries. Makes it worth driving to Sugarland to go to a real chick fil a. Check your food and drinks before you leave. Skimming customers because your rates haven't reflected is gross practice.
Had a not so great tasting breakfast, the chicken minis were cold and the chicken had a sour taste and sadly the sweet tea tastes severely burnt. Waited about 4 weeks to go back, only got a fruit cup and more sweet tea. Again, sadly the sweet tea tastes burnt.Morning crew - Whoever is making your tea please quality check it. Selling nasty burnt tasting sweet tea is not your thing.
I love this chick fil a. However today’s experience was a disappointment due to a rude & judgmental comment made by one of your employees. When I ordered with the lady I specifically asked for a total of four sauces each meal, I also adv her that I would pay more & she’s said no worries. When I was at the front getting my food I realized that my sauces were not inside only a total of 2. I then asked for what I needed & was given them. However Quionnes (not sure if I spelled his name correctly) decided it was wise to make a comment probably thinking I would not hear it. I work in customer service for 11+ years so I can hear anything. His snide comment was “she need to be paying more and stop asking for all these sauces”. Now if he is the owner of this chick fil a I would be please to apologize for asking for them & then ask why it’s such a problem? However I’m sure it’s not the case & if I ask for something I ask ahead of time to keep a line flowing smoothly. You should definitely train your people to learn how to whisper or learn how to smile & say it in his head. Next time I won’t be so nice. So yeah horrible attitude.
This location has really gone down in their service. The lines are so awful and then they forget things. I just had the worst had the worst interaction with a “manger” who said if I couldn’t come back now and didn’t have a receipt (I never get a receipt because unless they forget food I don’t actually need it) there was nothing they could do to get me what they forgot.
Fries have consistently been served like this. If I wanted a small I would’ve asked for one. Frustrating.
I’ve never waited so long for a drive they order. The frosted limonada was extremely liquidy. I asked for extra crispy bell peppers and they gave me one package. I wasn’t given a receipt even though I asked for one and I had to refresh the app about 15 times before my points came in. Wow!
wth chick fil a i order a large fries and i get half of it fill y’all do this every time
