Service has steadily declined here. Not enough employees and the ones they have could use improvement. Food is still ok but the wait was SO long.There is a GIANT crack going across the floor that is becoming elevated and uneven. A foundation problem looks like. They threw a rug over it.
Was ordering but then the gentleman at the counter kept touching his nose and pulling up his pants then he proceeded to grab all the cilantro onion and pico de gallo with bare hands without washing them I immediately canceled my order.
Hi fellow Foodies! Hubby and I ended our Busy Work day with Dinner and ooooh so Delishhhh Salad style Steak bowl...can you say Yummmm...? and the staff was very friendly and fun to talk to...great way to end the day!?
Twenty minute ticket times with two other customers in the store. The employee who was preparing the orders might have been drunk.Fire extinguishers, and probably the Ansul system, haven't been serviced since 2018.
I used to go all the time but the quality has gone down tremendously. They close like an hour early (at least 30 minutes). Food is similar but the prices went up and the quality has gone down. Ice cream machine has been broken for months…it gets worse every time I go…
Went by today. Only had kids menus to order. This used to be a great place. I believe it has changed hands to an underfunded operator. I used to go twice a week, but now once a month. This place is a train wreck. Not going back.
I hate this place. I used to go once a week after the gym. They constantly have new employees, their trays where they serve you the food changes every other week (no consistency in portions), and last time I was there they literally forgot to the meat in my bowl ?Happy they finally opened a chipotle near by
First time here. Between 4 orders at 55$ was ok then when the lady was inputting the order she said no guacamole I was like dang, then no frozen lemonade, dang then no chips for the dip wow I wasn’t able to truly get a full Bullritos experience. Oh my daughter said no cookie hahah. Possibly still having issues getting supplies but I would go to HEB and get some stuff to fully satisfy customers all requests as times have changed you may have to adapt accordingly and make things just work I’m sure if your sales are increasing the franchise won’t care maybe!!
The food wasn't too bad (even though they were out of many things), but the location was very messy. We went after 2pm, so it wasn't busy at all. The two very young employees were behind the counter talking.While we were there, no other customers came to dine in - only a few to go orders. NO employees attempted to clean the dirty tables, chairs, drink counter, or floors.Obviously, there are new owners or management since we were there several months ago. We might go back later in 2022 - but I doubt it.
I use to love this place. I went in and it’s been neglected by management. It smells dirty, lights are out so it’s dark in some areas. None of the markers work to place your order. They have extremely long wait. You no longer hear them grilling fresh meat. Maybe because there are children working with no supervision. So disappointing.
