first of all.. we went for my cousin birthday and he wanted to see the Astro game. y'all didn't have it.. Then we ordered chips and guacamole. with our drinks before ordering our meal. The waiter for got to place the order. then we order our food. We ask 2 hostess for a knife to cut a burger never got one. we had to ask for ranch. even tho we ask for ranch while placing our food order.. This was horrible. then we had to ask for the ticket in 2 times.. this was the worst experience I have ever had. just to think we had Hooters on our mind..

I eat here about twice a month and the only reason that I go with this location is because it's close to me. I have never been greeted upon walking in the door and that's because usually there isn't anybody up. I don't have a problem as far as wait staff. However, expect to wait a long time for a little order. There is a 50/50 chance they got your order correct and I hope you like salty food!
I've been here many times before and everything would go just fine, except up until the last 2 times this past week.The second to last time i was here i ordered wings and when they arrived they were cold. And then the last time i was here it was yesterday and i had a waitress who was clearly under the influence, and no it wasn't just a beer or 2. She was out of it. She was delivering wrong orders, dropping people's drinks, and she literally lost our order. I can't believe i waited for an entire HOUR and still no food. She would babble her head around and was constantly distracted. I don't know her name since she never introduced herself but she was a very very tall thin pale person. Would not recommended her at all, she will waste your time.
Have ordred take out several times and each time something is missing. While I make a note to check before leaving I really should not have to but at times I don't check and get home to find that ranch is missing, carrots/cel is missing or something. I have to go into web site submit a ticket and get points to my account. Wish I could order and get everything I have asked for when purchasing online. Again they make things right each time.
Best onion rings! Wings are hit or miss. Teriyaki boneless wings were too dry. Mild wings were better.
I ordered 20 wings 10 lemon pepper, 5 bbq, and 5 teriyaki and a large fry. The taste of the wings were ok and the fries were cold.

I’ve placed an online order last night around 9ish and the estimated pick-up time was 10:40pm. I got there 5 minutes early and the staff asked for my name for the order, she went back inside then came back out without saying or letting me know if the order is being prepared. I sat there and waited for another 15 minutes and a male employee asked if I need help and I told him I’ve been waiting. I waited for total 30 minutes to get my order. I went home and checked the order was missing carrots that I’ve placed in the order. The service was terrible and I don’t think I would ever come back here or recommend to any my friends.
After Doordash made us wait an extra 20-30min on our food and it was ultimately cold when it arrived, George respectfully helped me over the phone in sorting out a solution. Buffalo is great, Doordash not so much. Thank you again, George.
