Today was my first time here and man let me tell y'all to the one that haven't tried it it was Very delicious and the staff is super friendly! Good price for good food! definitely will be come back for more! Thanks Brenda and Francisco you guys Rock thanks for making delicious food as if it was for your self you def can tell how hard you guys work to make it happen! Cooked to perfection tasty and juicy!
just had our first awesome experience at Blazin! awesome service. amazing birria tacos! the crawfish were excellent ? ate 10# and craved more! melon water was excellent as well! thanks Brenda we will be back!
Wife and I are out at least once a week having crawfish and have tried several places. We tried Blazins trio and we think we found our crawfish spot. They are FIRE and extremely friendly.
The food is delicious can't wait to eat more, First time trying birria tacos and they were delicious! So much flavor and salsa was on point. Also tried the shrimp boil with all the fixings and its better than la crawfish!
I had the birria tacos with consomé and OMG!! By far one of the best I've had. The consomé is well seasoned and has lots of flavor. I've been to other popular taco spots and their consomé is very bland compared to Blazin'.
Certain item were pretty good, the foil boil was pretty good we got the mild and it was spicy! We had the tacos they were ok the green salsa was great, the fried fish was very good probably better fresh we had a long wait for our food understandably it was a big order and there were only about 2 ppl working we spent about $150 for about 10 people with drinks THE DRINKS ARE GROSS! 100% not authentic the horchata is a store bought concoction very nasty taste like medicine or chemicals, the agua de melon was very artificial and we saw tons of gallons of Tampico juice which is exactly what it tastes like. The staff was EXTREMELY friendly and so helpful we would definitely return for the seafood and the staff
Seafood was on pointed. I added the blazin butter and thought it would come in a separate container for dipping. I’m assuming it was tossed in with everything though it was almost $3. I expected a separate container at that price but now I know. Unfortunately the birria tacos were a huge let down. The ratios of cheese and meat are completely off. The tacos were dry and the consomé had zero flavor. I expected better since half the menu is birria. There are better places in Rosenberg for tacos like this.

Love this place just tried it yesterday. Even though they where short staff it was still fast. I even place the order right before they closed and surprised they still where taking orders, I used to work in the food industry so I know how it is. This place really needs more business for how good the food is. ?
My husband ate here a couple of days ago. We love to try mom and pop stores and restaurants and support locally when we can. Some places are hit and miss. Blazin' was... on point! I am a huge seafood lover and picky when it comes to the shrimp or fish being too "fishy" or flavorless. I had the fried shrimp and fish and the seasoning was balanced and seafood was fresh. My husband is equally picky when it comes to tacos and he tried the birria w/o cheese because he's lactose. ( I know I know, birria without the cheese?) Let me tell you, with just the tender meat in these tacos, they held their own. Definitely recommend and will be going back to try the Casian noodles next!
