I love their salads! This pregnancy has me craving salads all the time and I absolutely love this place. Best salads in the Rockwall area.
All of their dressings and soups are made in house, which is enough in my book. I ordered the Havana warm bowl, it was freshly made to order and delicious. The service is great and friendly coupled with amazing food, 5 star quality!
After an appt in Rockwall I was looking for a healthy lunch spot, really didn’t want to do Panera, found Xtreme Salads and am SO glad I tried it! Delicious!! The veggie variety in the warm bowls is exactly what I was looking for, and very filling. These will last us two meals for sure!
I decided to try this place out for lunch today as I attempt to stay on track with my diet. So, I ordered the Chile Lime Salad and was pleasantly surprised with the portion size as well as how FRESH each ingredient was within this dish. One of the BEST salads I’ve ever had!! They have so many different salads, sandwiches & warm bowl options from which to choose and I plan to try each one in the future! Very nice people as well! I’ll definitely return here again and again.

Great family run place. We got the BLT wrap, Cobb Salad, warm Mediterranean bowl, and Havana bowl. We were all very happy with what we got. Great fresh ingredients. I highly recommend trying it.
Got the Xtreme salad n added Buffalo chicken instead of regular chicken with no feta cheese! This salad was so freakin good, it was my first time and I will definitely be back ! It comes with the Xtreme dressing but I recommend getting ranch with this one. By the way this was a size small which does the job!

This place is AWESOME! I love their spinach salads as well as their broccoli slaw. I have eaten here many times, each time the service was impeccable. The owner is such a nice person. She's knowledgeable regarding healthy foods. Try them out you won't be disappointed.
I absolutely love this place! It’s always so good. They make their own dressings and everything is so fresh. They’re really nice and I’m thankful they’re here!This is a small build your own and I added chicken. My favorite dressing is their creamy Caesar.
