I had such a great experience with my last-minute birthday donut order for my boyfriend! They did exactly what I wanted and kept it very simple like I asked, even though I know they can do much fancier designs! I also love the box that it came in because it looks more like a gift box than a regular donut box. Overall, a great experience and the staff was very kind and helpful.
The creativity of the donuts are outstanding! They really know how to make your day better with one of their specialty donuts! The donuts are made fresh and you can taste it!! Fluffy, gooey, goodness, that all need to taste! Try it as soon as you can, you will NEED another!!
Visiting town from Tennessee and I'm glad they brought me here! So many varieties and my go to has been always the barvarian creme. Although dare to say their glazed is the best I've had anywhere else and became my new favorite!
I had to have some emergency donuts made for my daughters birthday party after our original plan fell through. These ladies were AMAZING! I called in and the entire process was a breeze. I needed “animal print” cupcakes done and I really had no ideas other than that. I told Chelsea, she put me down and the rest is history! The donuts were literally PERFECT and some of the best we’ve ever had…and at a great price. I wish I would have taken pictures now - because they were gorgeous - but they were eaten by the time I thought about it! Everyone raved about them and we will DEFINITELY be using The Hole Thing again. Thank you ladies for making us wonderful, beautiful creations and being so sweet!
My kids love the fancy donuts, Mississippi Mud and Bavarian cream with chocolate glaze. The regular glazed donuts just don't do it for me though. Cute shop with friendly service.

The donuts at the Hole Thing Donut shop are delicious, filling, and super cute. There is no place as far as I know of in Rockwall that has donuts that look like these. Pricing is understandable as these donuts are HUGE! I’ve been to this location a couple of times with my daughter, and each time I am met with amazing service.Good Service is essential at any establishment, and the way you treat customers are important. The lovely ladies of the Hole Thing are constantly giving customers incredible service. They are respectful, insightful and patient. There is one young lady that works here, I do not know her name, but she has beautiful curly hair. She is an absolute gem! She is always so kind and has a very welcoming energy. She always asks me and my daughter how we are doing, and strikes conversation with the both of us! My daughter absolutely loves her and gets so excited to see her. As a parent that makes me happy.If you are looking for a place to stop by to get a bunch of delicious treats for yourself or your children, this donut shop is it! The hole thing really is the whole thing! They have a wide variety of donuts to choose from, from regular warm glaze (a classic), to sprinkle, to Elmo donuts, to strawberry shortcakes! You will feel no guilt giving this establishment your business, as the workers of the Hole thing make you feel at home. It is clear that they not only enjoy working with each other, but also enjoy making sure every customers needs are met! Not to mention this is a local business, and it is important to help local shops in any way possible!
