We were literally the next ones in line when the clock turned 9 o’clock they were not taking any more orders and we sat at the window for five minutes waiting on them to take our order! The person in front of me was able to order and then the clock turned nine they totally shut off the order menu and left us sitting there didn’t even have the courtesy to let us know they weren’t take any more orders.
Very unsanitary location. I ordered my food and waited about 10 minutes inside. I heard one of the people making the food ask the question why I was staringAt the kitchen area.. Maybe cause I was waiting 10 minutes. The manager that was working as a food preparerAnswered her phone with her gloves on and then without replacing the gloves went back and prepared your food. Enjoy the ear sweat and nasty ness that was on that phone in your taco. NASTY.
Be sure to check your bag before your pull off at this location. Obviously they are grossly understaffed. Waited in line for 23 minutes and drove off without checking the food order. They forgot to put the tacos in the bag. Lobby is closed at this location and they don't answer the phone. Back in the longer than original line to most likely pay for more tacos
Thank God your food sells it’s self because if my return to this or any other taco casa was dependent on the individual running the drive thru at 3pm on 5/11/22 alone then I’d never be back. She would likely be better utilized having a mop in her hands rather than running the drive through and being the first and last touch to your customers…. If customer service is a priority for you company. She is Short with you in her conversations through the drive thru mic. Ran over me in the conversation while I was trying to be courteous and not just blurt out my entire order in 3 seconds. STILL had to repeat my self per her request. Some how could not be inconvenienced to push the no tomatoes button even though I was forced to say it twice while ordering. Asked if I wanted taco sauce two separate times at the window as if the first inquisition 5 seconds previous to slamming the window shut was too much of a hassle to remember my reply. And slapped the change down into my hand after I asked he to throw away my receipt(and not in a didn’t think about how quickly I’m moving cuz I’m moving with a sense of urgency kind of way either).I’ll definitely drive to the other taco casa half an hour from my house rather than this one next time I crave these tasty tacos in order to avoid a similar experience with this employee.
Got in line @ 8:30 and waited and waited. at 9:00, there were still 3 of us in line and they turned out the lights. No explanation, sorry we are closed. Nothing. Didn't finish those of us already in line for over 25 mins well before closing, didn't say sorry, just came out, got in their cars and left. EXCEPTIONALLY POOR customer service!
Love the food....butThis location is the poorest managed establishment I've seen anywhere. Lobby is never open. Drive thru is the only option. Be prepared to spend at least 30 minutes. On the bright side if you are in line and about to run out of gas you can leave your car go next door to the gas station fill up a gas can and come back and the line will still be as it was when you left.
Was TRYING to order through drive through but another employee was playing around and yelling over the drive through person taking my order. Then the girl at the drive through had the nerve to get an attitude with ME!?!?! Maybe stop playing so much and grow tf up!
Super disappointed in this location lately, line is super long and takes FORVER. Employees are so rude and unprofessional. I’m not sure how hard it is to wrap a burrito correctly but apparently pretty hard.
Food is good.- Only drive-thru open (when I went)- The line is like a smaller version of Chick-fil-A and moves at a 1/3 of the pace.- on like other locations, they do not forget the requested condiments.- also the quality (at this location) seems to be better than most others. To explain: even though my wait from order box to window was 10+ minutes....my food was hot and not skimpily thrown together.Overall, when I am in the area I prefer to go her verse many other "taco" establishments....and their are alot.
Taco Casa is the best tex mex fast food. We've visited several locations, and only been disappointed once. Rockwall location is one of our favorite. I just wish they would open dine in SOON!
