Website said open until 11. One parked car was leaving when I pulled up at 930 on Sunday night. Menu board lights were on but inside all lights were off and no one to be found.
Worst experience! They close dining area before 6pm EVERYTIME! Their reason: short staffed.Waited in drive thru line for 20 mins for 2 bean burritos. And they only had one car waiting at the window. Contacted corporate via email for complaint, and NEVER heard back. This place just needs to be closed permanently.
we got here at 8:35, only to be met with a closed store and a sign claiming that they were now closing at 9. update your hours online, and maybe actually close on time instead of leaving early. . .
They are so much better in Rockwall, vs. Greenville.Only negative is the restrooms smell of sewer gases.So don't use the restrooms and you will be satisfied with food and service.

This specific male window attendant stated they had run out of certain products. Guess it's the supply chain issue? SMH. ?Again, what is management doing to address same if this is truly an issue?Ample room for improvement and a good reminder of why I NEVER eat here.Save your money and travel on down the street and around the corner to either Taco Casa ? or DQ. My new Taco with beef was very skimpy with ingredients... Maybe a tablespoon of beans a tablespoon of beef oh, very little salad. My husband's tacos where tasteless
Cashier acted as if we were bothering her by placing our order. The big kicker was when I opened my party burrito to add sauce on it I found moldy cheese. Took it back up got my money back and left. Not going to return.. I was told afterwards that they have been shut down before due to rats. Not sure if true.
Whomever just took our order, very smart mouthed. We asked for fresh churros.. she says, ' We always make fresh ' yet, they are REfried, taste like grease and gave my chest a thump. 0 stars. Well not be back. POOR customer service is one thing, horrible food with it is another.
I know it's fast food, but we only eat Taco Bueno when we visit Texas. Lawdy, it was soooo good...for fast food. Prices are reasonable and staff were friendly. Got our fix.
So I’ve heard that taco bueno is the best Mexican fast food and it’s way better than Taco Bell. I tried it for the first time tonight and I was actually shocked by how small my burritos were… they were literally the size of taquitos. They were about 80% tortilla and hardly any filling. I’m honestly confused? Did I miss something? I mean, Taco Bell burritos are pretty small, but this is a joke. They were $2/burrito and that’s absurd considering what I got lol. Sorry for cheating on you, Taco Bell.
