This is not fast food!!! They take forever to take order and then for you to get it. Drive through is long and they take about 5 min a car. So it you are in line and they are more then four cars in front of you be ready to wait. They need to close down the dining room at 9pm and focus on the drive through till they can staff properly.
I had the worst costumer service experience at your taco bell in Rockwall, TX yesterday.The lady at the counter wasn’t taking our order nicely, plus she did not give me my receipt, i had to wait for while to ask her for my receipt, she was ignoring the fact i was standing there to ask for something. This is completely unacceptable. Just after moment i left from there, she started taking order so nicely from other customers. Why? Was there a racism?
This location has dramatically gone down hill! Every time I order online my order is messed up and not complete until about 10 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. I will say the manager does come out and corrects my order himself so that’s the only reason for two stars instead of one. The Mexican pizza came back out and the ones I got are the WORST I have ever seen! One part was literally just hard shell. This is the closest Taco Bell to my house and I will definitely be driving out of my way to another location to avoid this sorry excuse for fast food.
I used to go here all the time. It was pretty good. Ever since the remodel the food has been terrible messing up the order, unrecognizable food, you asked for something and pay for it but you don’t get it. I’m done with that store I’m gonna go to Mi Cosina or Chiloso‘s Taco Bueno or any place else. Stop Going to Taco Bell on Horizon you’ll be very disappointed.

Forgot both of my avocado chicken tacos and a lot of the hot sauce packets had nothing but air in them. This isn’t the first time recently that my order has had stuff missing and it’s frustrating to find out once you get home.
This Taco Bell is decently fast despite being understaffed. I've been stopping by this Taco Bell on my way home from work to utilize the Taco Lover's Pass & their food is very consistent & satisfying.The main problem with this location is that it usually has to close early around 10PM due to being understaffed, fingers crossed they find some good help.
SO SLOOOW! Ok but in all seriousness, if im gonna wait in line for 30 mins for some taco bell, it'd be nice if the lady at the window could actually double check that my order was correct. Was going to wait in line again for my missing items, but i wasn't really in the mood to wait another 30ish minutes. Tried to call and see if they'd run my missing stuff out to my (the door was locked) but it just rang for a minute or two.
I went to this location this past Sunday for two breakfast crunchwraps and the drive-thru cashier was very kind. I don't remember her name, but she was very thorough with my order and did an awesome job!
They need more staff!Current employee is doing best but it looks like the kitchen could use some support.
