This was my worst subway experience ever! These employees were so slow that the line was almost at the door. Customers were literally sitting at tables until it was their turn to order. We went for a picnic at the lake and wanted to catch the sunset but that didn't happen thanks to them.

Subway is SO DELICIOUS!!! They let you pick a sandwich and ingredients. The name is cool too. The employees are nice and they make great sandwich's. They have great customer service. From Logan age 8.
Ordered 4 sandwiches on the app, worst decision ever!! Stay as far away from this Subway as possible!!! I arrived to pick up my sandwiches and the employee told me they had not prepared them because the only bread they had was regular white(I ordered all 4 on Italian herb) they had no veggies, oven was not working. I do not blame the employees, the owner puts them in a situation to fail for not providing them with the proper staff, inventory, and equipment that has been down for months. Would give the location zero stars if possible !!!!

They were out of everything very disrespectful and rude had no cheeses no drinks no veggies and they didn’t even cut the sandwiches put my cheese on the paper instead of my sandwich
About 80% of the time, will leave bacon off a chicken bacon ranch sandwich when ordered on the app. Order in person and watch them make it, or be prepared for disappointment. Not very generous with ingredients, especially meat, in general.

Walked in at 8:20 with another family. Told as we walked in that they were shutting down and not serving anymore tonight. Double checked hours which say open until 9pm. Mentioned this to the woman at the counter, and she said “We are shutting down” Just turned away 7 people in two families. Terrible way to run a business. Hope the owner sees some of these reviews.
If you are looking for a clean place to go please forget about this place!
