This was my first time visiting Subway there the young men Were Trying to wait on Customers and Ring them up...They wore gloves,from leaving the Register to fix Sandwiches there were No changing of Gloves or Washing hands...The Salad Bar was Nasty,some food was empty but the container stay there Dirty....it was 3 youngmen there but 2 was doing all the Work...the other youngman sat there eating with his grandmother While the other 2 Worked...i will not go back there to your Subway...Thank you for allowing me to do this Survey...
This Subway is great!!!!! I go to this place a whole bunch. I have been in many, many subways, and this one is the best I've ever been. My dad and I have been here multiple times, and every time, there are friendly people in here who make our subs perfectly. The bread, meat, cheese, vegetables, and cookies are always extremely fresh, and taste great! This is the best one in Rockwall, and the best one I've ever been. I would definitely check this place out if I were you.
I eat here often. The food is good & the staff are very nice.
Worst service ever I stopped by Sunday me and my son it wasn't crowded we waited almost 20 mins to be served and it was only 3 people in front of us. Then when it was our turn I asked for a turkey breast on Italian herb and cheese. The employee grabs a hard bread I asked her is this bread burnt she said yes I messed up this batch I said why would u serve me burnt bread why would u serve me something you wouldn't eat, she just shrugged her shoulders then after she fixed it we git in the car our sandwiches weren't even wrapped right the our sandwiches had fell out of the wrappers TERRIBLE SERVICE
I was having a really rough day I was on the verge of tears going in the second I walked in they instantly told me they liked my pants and were super nice and were so patient with me as I was remembering my order they were amazing and made my day and the sandwich is so good she even made sure she gave me the fresh tomatoes and everything I'm totally coming back
The service was good but they were out of all.most everything during lunch
This subway is nice. I could find pizza for my kid and veggie Patty for me. Not all the subways have them. Apart from that you can find all other regular options.
Young man with glasses did a fantastic job with our sandwiches. Gave 20% tip
Went in for lunch. The line was a mess. The food was touching other food. The server used his dirty knife to cut my wrap. Also they were out of a lot of things. Not a good way to run a business. Get a good staff and train them good!
Food was great. Everyone was happy for a subway catered lunch before the big event of the night.I was assisted by Jordan with a last minute player for the 28th of September Holiday. It couldn’t have been better!!!!
