Great burguer,afordable have one that the bread have some garlic butter delicious. Freshly fries everithing hot and fresh.
I love their chicken strips and now they have onion rings very good. Not a fan of the order kiosks never get and human interaction anymore. Great food great prices.
We've never be here before, but it was actually pretty good, patties are a bit thin, so I Definitely recommend getting a double meat- or even a triple, we all got the bacon double cheeseburger, the fries are thin but actually really good! I'm not one for getting shakes, but I tried it since that is what they are known for, I got the banana and it was really good! Not very sweet, and actually went well with my burger. We will definitely be back when in the neighborhood.
Kind of disappointed that it has become completely self-serve, but I do understand. Unfortunately, I have a few issues. The iced tea tasted flat out nasty and the cleanliness was way under par. Tables need to wiped down more often or at least more thoroughly. The bathroom did not have any paper towels.
Good hot food, good service, and really cold drinks. Didnt mind using the kiosk. Was able to order food as i wanted it made. Definitely hot n fresh. Will be back.

The whole "experience" of Steak 'n Shake as an old school diner has gone out the window, which is sad because I used to love this place. Everything is automated now, they discontinued the seasoning for the fries, no servers, trying to get someone at the counter to acknowledge you was honestly ridiculous, the burgers don't even taste good anymore.

Our dinner was great! Everything was hot and fresh. The staff was very polite.
First time eating here since it has become more of a self serve setup. We actually prefer it to previous restaurant style. Staff was friendly, received our order in a reasonable time, burgers were good, fries hot so yes we will be back! Thanks!
