I've came here several times, it's always good. Today my coffee tasted like water, but they remade it without question! It was amazing. I'll give them 5 stars for great customer service ?.
Elton John works at this location, waited 20 minutes for my coffee, not happy!
Walked in to the register at 6:55am, only 1 person acknowledged I was even in there. Staff behind the counter never took the time to look up to ask if I needed to place an order. 6 staff members only 2 working, the rest lolly-gagging so at 7 am I walked out! Not one person paid attention to what's going on around them, they were too busy conversating and giggling to see what's going on. HORRIBLE SERVICE!
Bad experience and a waste of $7.00 with no one interested in correcting the problem. It didn’t taste right and I ended up just pitching it in the trash. I understand they are busy but that’s a lot of $$$ to be dismissed and treated rudely.
The drinksxwe ordered were well prepared, but not the best as we have had in other Starbucks locations!

Beautiful store, friendly staff, has the most comfortable chairs...good for a sit down and chat, probably not the best work environment, but definitely the best for a coffee meet up.
My favorite of the 3 free-standing Starbucks in my town. Great location, staff & service. However, several days in a row with no internet is highly frustrating and ridiculous. Coffee & internet have become a very delightful pairing for many, but the experience is suffering here. It should be a priority fix, but apparently isn't.
