Drive Thru was a little busy so I got off and ordered at Window. I have been to multiple Starbucks locations but I received A+ customer service at this location. She was very attentive and nice even though I was busy on the phone trying to pay bills while getting coffee and she still managed To smile and be very friendly !!! Thank you for your great customer service !
I should really get a refund. I ordered a Pink Drink and Birthday Cake Pop.My 1st drink wasn't Pink at all, basically White. They offered another one, really Pink. Unlike I've ever got, but I took it because it wasn't worth the wait.I drove away, took a sip from each and both tasted horrible. The cake pop was warm and slightly sour taste.Cashier looks homeless, hair a hot mess and shaggy sweater. Did she even work there?Wasted 10 bucks or 2 gallons of gas.

Got here at 5:22, waited until 5:36 and finally pulled up to the window. They still acted like we weren’t even there. Then told us we can go to a different starbucks if we didn’t want to wait. Harlow if you can’t have the place open at 5:30AM like it shows on the window then you need to get here earlier to set up. I don’t appreciate your rudeness and laziness trying to get me to leave when i waited 10 minutes till after opening to even get my order taken. There was a whole line of cars waiting behind us too. I won’t be back to this location.
Always quick, even if there are 20 cars in line!!! Always friendly!!!
If I could rather higher, I would. The people who work here are absolutely the best of the best. Even with an onslaught of cars and customers, they manage to get through it all quickly and efficiently, and absolutely brightened my day in the process. I've been to a few Starbucks locations, and even though this is only my second time here, this is by far my favorite now. I didn't catch most of their names, but I believe one was Lily. They all are absolutely amazing!
I really appreciate how they are willing at this location to answer your questions if you want to try something new/different. I can understand the demand from customers during this season due to lack of workers.... but they don't show it. Great job starbuckers crew! ?
I went to Starbucks today and at this Starbucks Makayla and Kaylie both young ladies were awesome. The only 2 there but worked tirelessly and never complain they greeted everyone with a smile. I am happy with the service I received. Please go and visit they deserve the best tip in Rockwall off 30

Got a White Chocolate. Mocha and it tasted like hot milk.....not like usual. No other flavor. Not even sweet.....
