Never have had a poor experience. They are extremely short-staffed and that is no fault of their own.
I ordered a drink then realize that they charged me to much. Then she brings me back my difference in change. Why do I come to the sonic when I know that the service is deplorable and the food is awful.Their hours vary every single day. They’re never open consistently.The drive-through is always broken
They change their hours randomly. Never open, this is the worst sonic I have ever seen. It should close so people don’t waist their time.
The service was good. The quality of products just wasn't there.
Too expensive for fried fast food. Just got hot dogs, mozzarella cheese and drinks.
The manager is very rude. My child support card is chewed on the opposite end of the chip reader. She even refuses to manually type in the card info into the system. I hope the poor lady has better days!
The staff got things wrong, they were rude if they missed your order. Wanted to argue about what we ordered vs what we got..Places like this ruin a business from the staff they hire
Always come to this location. The manager isn’t the friendliest when I have interacted with her, she just always seems like you are inconveniencing her by ordering. I still would come here because it was close. Unfortunately, my last two visits have been a real bummer. The gentleman has been extremely nice but yesterday not only were all the stalls down so I had to go to through the drive through after sitting at a stall for a few minutes and then today the drive through is down and multiple stalls, but the app is down also. So they can not honor any of the daily specials or happy hour prices. Not a biggie but I hope the owner is aware of this and making it priority. It’s already stressful working in the food industry and then they come in atleast two days in a row having to deal with with this.
9/15/2021 i visited sonic at 2215 state hwy 276 rockwall they have the worst service i've ever seen, the person taking the order was rude & interrupted when taking my order and of course order was wrong,food was not even parr for a sonic, will never return to this location and i see why it is only open 2 days a week, this place gives sonic a bad name for sure, stay away from this location!
Rude - ordered 5 chicken tenders and asked for some honey mustered dip. They brought 1 little dip. Asked for two more and told they were going to charge. The sad part is the rudeness from the staff. I know it is hard to find people but it is sad to see how rude and entitled many of these kids are. Will not come back to this Sonic… not that they care but there are 3 others in Rockwall. Two sauces and loss of business… sad.
