Their app sucks but the half price drinks are great. The food is pretty standard for fast food... Except the tator tots, which are just garbage every time. They are way over cooked to the point of being crunchy all the way through rather than just having a crispy exterior.
Apparently they close before 10:43 pm so I don't know why it says 12.
My whole family ate here last weekend and the food was not great we were all nauseous a while after we ate and then about a hour or so later it was like my 5 year old had food poisoning. He had extreme vomiting. It was so hard to see him that way.
I know everyone is short handed, but If you are going go drive thru only, you need to communicate better and let your customers know. Not let them order through the app then sit without any communication then when they request update be extremely short.

Very dissatisfied with customer service. We went & got hot chocolates for our 2 small children we told them that we wanted the smallest size they have & that it was for small children. When we got them they were in a medium cup full to the brim & scolding hot. My husband asked for a cup of ice in which the guy replied yes sir and brought him a kid's small size cup of ice & handed it to him. We already had the ice in the car & the boy said that will be 25 cents my husband and I looked at each other looked throughout the car we had no cash no change nothing. The boy looked at us and said well can I have the ice back? In which I replied here these are too hot for my children to drink please give us a refund. The boy then rolled his eyes went inside got us the money. They lost $5 over $.25 cup of ice.They boy & other employees were laughing and looking at us rude out the window. Very rude .
Eh, it is hit or miss with sonic. They are no where near as good as they were in the 90s or 00s
They were quick and got the order perfect
Very well done, drink were out quickly and they brewed new unsweet tea for my wife.
I was not happy this visit i ordered easy ice and got extra.
