I drove up at 11pm and the employees shut off the lights. Several waitresses in and out none stated hey we are close or about too. I pushed the button to order a icecream and was rudely told they closed. Website stated this location closes at 12am. The employee said they haven't updated the hours since covid. It's been 2 years what a lame excuse not to serve someone.

I ordered a number 1 and the burger tasted like it had be sitting for a long while! Their service was horrible!
They have a happy hour from 2-4, when they offer hslf priced sodas. Whewe pulled in, both our phones said exactly 2:00. But l asked the girl if this was happy hour. She said 5 more minutes.

Had a delivery through uber eats. Mustard hamburger had mayo. No condiments were provided—so my corn dogs, mozzarella sticks, and onion rings all have no dipping sauce. Tried to call the number I found on line but it’s been changed. Never order Sonic online. They are barely tolerable in person.
Just got 2 Texas, one sweet one unsweetened and sweet and low. Got the order wrong. Took 12 minutes to get. They forgot the sweet and low.
Sonic app didn't work so had to pay twice as much for my drinks today. Food and service were good otherwise.
Almost 10 minutes to get 2 drinks, was told the wrong stall # was put on the order. This happens consistently (depending on who takes the order). It's the closest Sonic to me so I keep giving them another chance, but it gets old.
