To the three young ladies who are working right now 2 PM on Wednesday - I appreciate y’all so much this hopefully it gets to your managers or anyone higher up to see that y’all need a raise!The store was by far clean everything was clean and they were at a 10 with customer service and efficiency

Poor customer service and to make matters worst you pay good money for the smoothie and they don't fill your cup ...save yo money or go elsewhere . I've been going to this store for a while now and never had this problem... I've tried SCOOTERS and I like it ...P.S no one is in proper uniforms with a name tag so you can make a formal complaint .The inside of the store is not up to pare like other locations...

First time at Smoothie King. Service was great. They greet me when I entered the store, I asked a few questions and they answered them all, and help me decide what I needed. I definitely recommend this store.

One of the worst smoothies I have ever got. Although the flavor was ok, it was very chalky and had chunks of mushy, chewy I don't know what in it. It was so textured and lumpy that it felt gross in my mouth. I couldn't stand to drink it and I asked a co-worker if they wanted to try it so it didn't go to waste, after one drink he said, "you should probably toss that." I got the chocolate peanut power plus, that I always get, and this was the worst one by far. My stomach hurt after trying to drink just a few drinks of it. I guess I'll be driving further for smoothies from now on.
Disappointed tonight I was looking forward to getting a smoothie at 8:40pm but the doors were locked and two girls were in the building watching people trying to open. Super ridiculous but the smoothies are good. Other than that , if the time has changed to an earlier time than 9:00pm can someone please let me know.
Visited a week ago, the little girl with the pigtails was so helpful and kind. She helped me figure out what I wanted since it had been a while since I’ve come here, and was very efficient. Absolutely excellent service!!!
Literally just waited over twenty minutes (on my break I might add) to get a smoothie. The have a sign up saying help wanted; that’s an understatement. The girls are not welcoming, and once I finally got my smoothie, they’re only response was a VERY dry, “sorry about the wait.” Twenty minutes of my life I’ll never get back.
