Ordered a pizza and a 2 liter for delivery. I wasn’t told that my food was going to be delivered by doordash instead of Pizza Hut themselves otherwise I wouldn’t have ordered it. The doordash drivers are not equipped with the pizza bags that keep your food warm and my pizza was cold. He also didn’t have my 2 liter and said Pizza Hut never gave him a 2 liter. I called Pizza Hut and simply asked for my money back it’s no big deal, the guy on the line told me he was going to credit me $10 for the inconvenience and I told him that’s fine I just wanted the money back for my drink period. The guy was clearly gassing me up because here I am a week later and never got my money or my 2 liter ?. Just the 3.99 or whatever would be fine but nothing…
Our order tonight was a disappointment ?. The wings hardly had any sauce on them, and the stuffed crust pizza had a hard ring around it just inside the crust that was so tough we couldn't bite through it. It was like it was stale from sitting around for hours. We usually get good food from this Pizza Hut, but after tonight, it will be a long time before we place another order.
Lunch time. No one up front. Finally order and come back to pick it up. No one up front. You are a restaurant. Maybe be up front during LUNCH?!
We order from this Pizza Hut at least once every two weeks. It is delivered quickly, and the pizza is always amazing.
Pizza very undercooked. Had to order another item to bring up to minimum delivery price had 3 wings for 9.99 6 wing halves also tasted bad trashed half the pizza and wings cost 32 dollars. Will say that it arrived fast. That is my last try at pizza hut. Food sucked outrageous price
The cinnamon rolls were better than I remember.
This time around the wings in box dinner were dry and the wing sauce spilled all over pizza.
This location is great. Just ordered a pizza and a 2 liter drink. The driver called to let me know they didn't have cold 2 liter Pepsi. I really appreciate the heads up. Great customer service, Danny!
Friendly staff, good product. We normally order delivery from Marcos (closer to home) but on Friday evenings, they take over an hour. If Pizza Hut pricing was better, I’d probably prefer this site.
Get my full order correct. I had ordered 1 supreme and 1 veggie lovers and instead got 2 supreme pizzas even though one box said veggie on it.
