Very disappointed. There was little to no sauce on the pizza and the toppings were very scarce. The chicken wings were not cooked enough. Worst experience at Papa John’s that we have had.
I've always loved Papa John's but I'll never order from them again. I ordered two large pizzas lastnight and NEVER received my order and of course they were closed once I started realizing those pizzas weren't coming. I hate that I'm forced to leave ONE star when they don't deserve that.
Had an order that was not delivered. Manager insisted that it was and would only do half off on next order and insisted that i was lying DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION.
Terrible service never again… waited 1 hr and a half for my pizza only to be told that they canceled it. Overpriced for and average pizza and if your looking for a quick answer of food it’s NOT THE PLACE TO GO.( Marcos is much better)
Thanks Papa John's, after waiting over a hour we find a email saying our order was cancelled.We've put up with long delivery times, cold pizza, wrong orders, etc... it's clear that the management of the Rockwall store is a joke.Always been a fan as I used to be a employee in Coppell, but will never order again.
First delivered pizza was the wrong order, secound was correct but not hot. Never again.
Ordered at 5 pm 7 pm still no pizza. Said it was sitting on a warmer rack. Really who wants to eat pizza that's been sitting out for 2hrs. Lost my business.
This was not worth all I paid for it. I paid extra for extra cheese for my The Works. This had less cheese than a regular the works.
I've always enjoyed Papa John's pizza. You always know what you're going to get. It's not high-end luxury pizza, but it is delicious and well priced. I especially enjoy the stuffed crust! Thank you so much for for bringing that in... Mmm mmmmmm mmmm!
I didn't finish ordering and my order was already placed :( what the heck. I just came for the garlic dipping sauce. Not worth it.
