I went to Panera this morning to pick up breakfast on my way to work. They are supposed to open by 7 AM, but when I arrived there at 7:08, the doors were still locked. And this is not the first time this happened. I know there is a labor shortage, but if you advertise to open at a certain time and can't, adjust your times so you won't frustrate potential customers.
When I walked in the girl at the counter was on a personal call. She didn't even acknowledge me. Her supervisor asked her to step to the back since she was talking on the phone. I was told it would just be a minute and she would be right with me. Well I waited and waited. Finally the supervisor just took my order. Not very good service in my opinion.
Three times I’ve tried this place and order has wilted lettuce or incomplete EVERY TIME. WHYYYYYY? Like I get times are tough but if I pay $17 for a small soup side salad and medium tea I do NOT expect this. ??♀️
To the MANAGERS:Mr. Calvin, the cashier on 2/15/2022 at 6pm, was absolutely fantastic. From start to finish when he greeted my girlfriend to when he brought us our pastries, and all throughout the conversation, he was wonderfully pleasant and dedicated to his craft of customer service. All while managing a 4 pastry upsell for the restaurant. As a former fast food manager, give this man a raise.
My first visit to a Panera. Minor confusion at ordering space. Then order taker was curt, assuming I knew what i was doing. I ordered a BLT and French onion soup. She asked if I wanted whole, so I said yes not knowing exactly what was meant. As we waited, we noticed it was pretty chilly in the store, which never improved. When the order was ready I went to the pickup window and we saw what was assumed to be our order, but there was no soup with the bacon sandwich. I repeated our number and the server confirmed it was ours. I asked if I wasn't supposed to have soup and it was not on the order. The sandwich was huge so I let it pass. When i took my first bite, it was a turkey and bacon club. I had noted that they didn't have BLT listed on the menu board, which was why I asked the order taker "if she could make me a BLT " when I placed my order, because I didn't want turkey on my sandwich. I didn't ask for Avacado either, which was in abundance. A BLT is self explanatory - bacon, lettuce, and tomato. So, the sandwich was delicious and big. Potato chips came with it and they were good too. But still I was disappointed with my first visit and it could possibly turn out to ne my last. I've never been to Chipotle either. Their chance is next.
Love this place so mellow laid back great ppl work at this wonderful Place
French Baguett was white and under done for both my wife and I. Cinnamon crunch bagel topping was terrible; it just looked like a bunch of brown sugar thrown on top and baked too long so that it was crunching off of it. Chicken Terriyaki and Broccoli Bowl had under done rice and quinoa. Pepsi was out at the fountain, and the restroom did not have paper towels or soap. I didn't find that out until I left; hopefully, the staff has a restroom to wash their hands!Honestly, my first bad experience with Panera in 10 years. Maybe just a bad day? For 55$ to feed 2 adults and 2 kids in a sandwitch shop, you really expect it to be right every time.
Panera bread is SO GOOD. I love the name. And the mack and chess is SO GOOD it taste buds are over filing whith flavor. and it smell so good. from Logan age 8
This place is terrible. I work in Rockwall and every time I try and order something it is out. I managed to order onion soup and a salad today. Walk in to get it and the place is a ghost town. No employees in sight. They were out of croutons for the soup and it had zero cheese on it. Only Silverware they gave me was a spoon. I noticed before I left but no one in sight to ask. Try eating a salad with a spoon. I almost wish they were out again so I would have went somewhere else. I willl not go back.
No soup for you! (Before 11:00)I ordered on the app. When I went to pick up the order, it was nowhere to be found.I was first told they were out of that kind of soup. So I chose another. Then I was told they don’t serve soup before 11:00. (It was 10:36 at the time) I told em to just take it off my bill. After further discussion amongst employees, I was given the soup along with a stern warning I will not be served soup before 11:00 going forward. I’m pretty sure I got the soup because they didn’t know how to refund it ??♂️
