How this place stays in business, is absolutely beyond me…I went to this particular location when I got off work today, 3 o’clock, so not a busy hour.They were literally out of everything.I asked the young man working why there was no food and he said that the cook was on break and that it would be about 20 minutes before they had anything prepared.That’s completely unacceptable.I drove across the corner to Van’s Chinese and am very pleased.Oddly enough, I went to a Dallas location of Panda Express this past Sunday and the chicken was so overly salted that I had to toss it in the bin once I got home.I was disappointed and contacted the corporate office, via email. I told them that food is too costly these days to be putting in the trash. No response from them.Needless to say, I’ll never go back to Panda Express again.
I've tried this place 6 times and one thing is very clear, if they aren't busy they have no problem giving you food that has obviously been warming for hours. When it's busy and they're forced to make new batches it's pretty good. Management should be ashamed of selling old food.
I had the Orange Chicken with noodles and it was very good. Place is clean and service was good too!
Panda Expess is always deliciously ? awakening. From the chicken teriyaki to orange ? chicken ? with fried rice ? omg it is off the chart.
If you are the type who enjoys vulcanized rubber orange chicken with undercooked rice, this is the place for you. Otherwise, avoid it like a plague.
Did not have any food to get a hr before close hot all Quarters back for a change wow your better then that Josua and Diego . Panda has really went down hill here
Tried going here for lunch today, and after waiting in the line for ten minutes, I was told they were out of teriyaki chicken. Hands down the slowest drive thru, and the least friendliest staff working.
Food was completely burnt. I can’t tell if they’re not washing the pans in between cooking but all three items I got smell and taste burnt. The chow menu has actual black spots in pieces of it. Tried calling to speak to management with no answer.

I seldom leave reviews, especially for fast food. But the Manager on shift tonight made my day and made a lifelong customer for the rockwall Panda Express! Around 4 hours ago I ordered food from Panda, I work at MOD next door and intended to eat it before starting my shift, but as we in the service industry know, things dont always ho as planned and my food sat in the BOH and got cold. At MOD we dont have a microwave or anything to cook with other than the oven so I went back to Panda on my break and asked if they had a microwave that I could use. Unfortunately they don't, but the Manager on shift made me a new plate and it made my whole night. Thank you so much for the kindness!!!!
