Our favorite restaurant to go to because the food is great and service is amazing! Zailee was our waitress and will always be when we go! We will request her. She is outstanding. So friendly, quick, and very personable. The queso is the best and the prices are great. What more could you ask for in a restaurant!? Especially a chain like this....BEST ONE BY FAR!
It's just mediocre. The server was nice enough, but the food was just blah. The beans tasted canned, rice was undercooked and the cheese enchiladas were hard on the bottom and required enough effort to chew that I only finished one. At the end of the meal, it struck me that they don't even bother with the book most restaurants bring for you to put your card in, they just plop the ticket down on the table well before the meal is finished. There was absolutely no effort that I could recognize.
Our waiter, Matthew, was AMAZING!! Food was FANTASTIC!! ALTOGETHER A GREAT EXPERIENCE!! I totally recommend the margaritas..
Good food if you can get anyone to wait on you. My experience was so bad I swore an oath never to return.............NO..................Never!
Kudos to staff for remaining calm and providing excellent service before, during and after our friend took ill. Blessings to the off duty police officer who stepped in and alerted 911 immediately. And, if anyone knows who that police officer was, please advise. Family is very grateful. Appreciate all of you.
Our server was excellent! Zero issues with service here. There food though was just ok. I had an appetizer for a meal. My husband got the wrong meal. The queso dip was really good.The meat on my nachos seemed not fresh and overly reheated. Some things were good and some could use improvement. It was also really dim. I could barely see the menu or my food when it came. I hope they get bright bulbs or add more lighting. I typically enjoy OTB but not this location and won't be back. Also would have like some sort of covid prevention here but there's none.
Place was clean, service was fast and friendly, chicken tinga enchiladas were tender and flavorful and the queso was on point. OTB is the perfect lunch spot with a $9 pick 2 combo that includes a drink. Great value in a world of inflation.

First and foremost our server, Amy, was awesome! She wasn't hovering but was always there when something was needed. Went above and beyond on so many levels. She should train all the other servers! The food was fantastic. I tried the steak torta, it was incredible. I don't usually order that sort of thing. So glad I did. An amazing experience. Thank you.
I have been to this location only a few times, and I can Say my last visit was the absolute best i’ve had so far! The bartender hailey was phenomenal, happy, funny, and outgoing and just made it fun! I not only had a good dinner but also I had a great time!
