My wife and don’t get many “restaurant” visits lately. Especially with a finicky five year old. We don’t normally go to the Olive Garden, but we thought “Hey, we haven’t been there in a long time. Let’s try it.” We get there and get seated straight away. We waited over 15 minutes before someone came to our table to ask what we wanted to drink. We were about to get up and leave when the waiter came up and said “Sorry, I didn’t see you” We decided to stay since a certain five year old had his heart set on a kid’s pepperoni pizza. Should have went with our gut and left. I love a good chicken Marsala. And I’ve never had one from Olive Garden. So I order it. I took two bites before my wife sees my face and says “let’s split mine”. It tasted so awful. The Marsala sauce tasted like an off brand packaged brown gravy mix mixed with canned mushrooms. Never again and I don’t recommend it to anyone.
The customer service and drinks were great! This restaurant has a smell that is unmatched. I had to move tables because the smell was causing me to almost barf literally. When you walk through the restaurant it smells like a old house with dirty curtains and carpet. Because of the smell I didnt want to eat anything but my family wanted to stay so to appease them I stayed but the smell completely wiped me out. My daughter had to use the restroom and it was clean and did not smell so it has to be something not cleaned for years like carpet and the smell is trapped
I’m extremely upset. I called ahead to get on the waitlist, assuming it would be packed for mother’s day. I never received a confirmation text so I kept checking in with the host. I was told 20 minutes, then I was told it was ready. I came up to get seated and was told it would be another 50 minutes and that my table wasn’t ready. This doesn’t make any sense to me and it makes me extremely upset I was treated this way on mother’s day.
We are currently sitting at the bar every one is surrounded by trash as they eat at the bar the bartender is overwhelmed and slow food coming incorrect drink orders slow and we at the bar never again
Our waitress was Shawn. I highly recommend her. She was very attentive and our glasses and bread baskets were never once empty. Our food was delicious and hot and came in a timely manner.Overall an excellent dining experience
I always get curbside takeaway and its always right and easy to do. My only complaint is that there is never enough sauce to coat my pasta. I end up with a serving of plain pasta. Not a fan of that.
I rated this restaurant 3 stars, because the service was slow. We went here for my daughter birthday and a Sunday night, and it wasn't busy. So I don't understand why our waitress was so slow. We ended up being there for 2 hours. But the food was good though.
Kelly was super great. She was very attentive and answered all of our questions. The food was so good. The portions are big enough that there is always enough to take home for tomorrow.
1st) Our waitress was great! she was running around getting things done! Older lady.. didnt get her name, great helper..2) ordered a Sauvignon Blanc , never-ending salad Minestrone soup, a Lavazza espresso latte. everything was delicious.
It was great. Good food, clean and friendly. Google routed us through a parking lot which was unusual but we got there. Would recommend. I had the scampi with asparagus and tomatoes...great, not too heavy.
