Employees need to learn how to wash there hands before touch food. One girl up the just clocked in to go to work and immediately starts handling food bare hands. So while I'm observing her she starts to put her hands down her pants to adjust her underware. Then with her hands in her front pockets she starts scratching at her front private parts. Then she proceeds to get on her cell phone and leaning up against the counter where they cut your pizza after its been cooked. Then the pizza was ready to be taken out of the oven so she pulls the pizza out and then cuts the pizzas and touching the peoples food because the cheese was stringy so she pulls the chesses off the cutter and throws it back on the cooked pizza. Another employee with a beard proceeds to help her after touching his beard and cell phone, again not washing his hands or have gloves on. Then the night crew kids come in and they all clock in and start making food and not one of them washed their hands. DISCUSSING!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK. The owner needs to have all his employees go to training on health issues and cleanliness when handling food. They need to proper training. If I was a health inspector this restaurant would have been shut down until everyone was trained in food handling. One more, this this same girl takes a customers pizza and spills its ingredients on the counter and floor as shes headed to the oven, did she replace the ingredients, no, did she clean the mess up, no she left it there while her and the bearded employee got on their phone holding up the counter and then proceeded to trample all over it. SHAME
It's a chain that I predict will become well known for having consistently great pizza. If you see one, stop and try MOD (made on demand) pizza. You won't be sorry.
Quality varies from location to location but in Rockwall, TX this particular restaurant is outstanding! Service is just as good as the food. I've eaten there three times and wach time I received the same level of service. I highly recommend this place.

Four and a half stars. The pizza selections are, of course, vast and excellent. As you may suspect from the name, you can "mod" your pizza nine ways to Sunday at no extra cost (from what I understand). So where is this half star loss coming from?Two words: garlic sauce. Unfortunately, due to issues the garlic sauce caused with their oven, they no longer offer said sauce. Bummer! But you can still get minced garlic to go on your pizza. It's no where near as convenient, but probably healthier and nearly as tasty.Would eat here again.
AMAZING SERVICE!!! Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Prices are cheap and the food is incredible, unlimited toppings with no extra charge. We absolutely loved it! ??

Ordered delivery. Best thing about it is unlimited toppings. The No Name Cake tasted delicious. It’s $2.47 for one piece currently. The mini (6-inch) and MOD (11-inch) is thin crust pizza, while the Mega (11-inch) is thick crust. I suggest creating your own pizza if you want to be creative since it’s all about the 3 sizes at this place. You can put any topping with no extra cost.
Probably the best MOD location I ever visited. Customer service is flawless and the place is clean and well organized. I hope someone reads this from corporate because these people deserve a raise or bonus.
Pizza was delicious. They have a variety of choices and did not disappoint! I got a vegan pizza and layered it with veggies and vegan cheese and ate the whole thing. I will be back for more.
