I ended up with a drink spilled all over me after an employee neglected to put the lid on completely. I understand being in a rush, but even 2 years olds can properly put a lid on.Not to mention the fact that we sat at a window for at least 5 minutes whenever someone pulled up to the one across from us and got their order before us.Then there was the lack of boundaries, I understand not wanting to go back into the restaurant to pick up food when the window is right there. But also, keep in mind that when grabbing your food with a car at the window. We do not need your butt in our window.All in all. I am not McLoving it.
1st time I was here 4/29/2022 it was early in the morning nice clean place not stinky with FABULOSO like every other place ??.Only 1 person in line. Employees here are very nice and cleaning where peiple had been sitting.My sons food was made after we ordered it,and he loved it he always loves Mc Donald's. No waiting for ever and got my order exactly as I ordered. Thank You Mc Donald's keep up the great service.Sure will be back when around here.
Went to pick up a breakfast item using my McDonald's app. I use the kiosk to make my order, get to the end to pay and then am I informed that this store does not apparently serve egg McMuffins! I share this with a real person at the counter (finally) and she can't help me use the special offer (2 dollar breakfast sandwich). So frustrating when trying to simply order breakfast. This system has major flaws and is one reason why I hesitate to go to McDonalds.
This is the best McDonald's I've been to in years. BTW The play place was just redone, and just reopened a few days ago. My dad and I haven't ever been big on McDonald's, we like to stay healthy, but we do get drinks a lot, ice cream sometimes, coffee, and frappes, and have eaten here a few times too. Every time, it's been good. Every employee here is very friendly, hard working, work together, and all do a great job. The managers are very nice, inside is always clean, the bathrooms are clean too. Theres usually not a long wait drive thru or inside, but if there is a long line, they do try as fast as they can to get customers orders out quickly. We have never had one issue here. I would definitely recommend this one over any I've ever been too.
Look at the receipt! It is hot macchiato! My mother doesnt drink cold. But this is what they bring out to the car and said thats what i ordered. It is not proffetional at all. If customer mentioned thats not what i ordered than the worker should react with care(at least look at the receipt and check) but it was really rude.
Hadn't been there in a few years and they got worse, the waitress was nice and efficient but the food was terrible...the toast was not toasted, the bacon did not taste like bacon it looked as if they reheated it twice..(awful) eggs way overcooked...maybe because we are Senior Citizens they don't care, I gave them a 1 because the coffee was the only good thing on our order..never going back!!!!
Completely raw hamburger that I took a couple of bites of before noticing. Hope I don't get sick...
Service is fast, but maybe too fast. The order was wrong on more than 3 items. Food wasn't fresh.
I went to go get a cheeseburger and fries and a large drink. when i ordered the speaker person was very rude. when I pulled up a lady gave my bag and a small drink I asked i don't that's what i ordered a "large drink" and i asked if i could get a large soda instead but she said sorry ma'am that what you ordered and she shut the damn window! . i was so mad but at least i had my food. WRONG not even what i ordered a small fries and a cheeseburger and a missing a bun. i looked at what i ordered it said Cheeseburger, Large Drink and Large fries. What a ripoff!
Not much to say about McDonalds. At least the food is consistant?
