I'm so sick of being asked to "Wait at the thank you line" or "Please pull up into the reserved spot". Six other meals were given out in the time I was waiting for mine! Six! The low quality service is all across the board with these careless McDonalds individuals and it needs to stop!Not to mention, they leave soda all over the cups when they hand them to you, one of my lids was not fully put on, the young kid was practically tossing the drinks to me, and no drink carrier was offered when I had 2 drinks and 4 shakes.I know this is just a McDonalds but the overall carelessness is awful
This is one of the best locations I've been to. The staff always goes above and beyond. Never have I ever gotten a single cold french fry, flat drink, or foreign object in my food. The store looks amazing and clean, inside and out. Keep up the amazing service!
Do not come here any time after 1pm the service sucks the absolute most. Ever since McDonalds ran out of employees they’ve been hiring anybody and I mean anybody they’ve hired useless kids to work for them. If you’re going here after 1pm you better make sure your order is as short as possible because those id**ts won’t be able to digest what your order is. I’ve had multiple messed up completely wrong or poor quality, but in the mornings the service is good they actually have employees that care. Also I recommend you go to Chick-fil-A much better anyways.
No one really has any clue what they are doing here when it's night time. Go during the day they ate much more put together. They usually get the order right
It was great that they were there when others weren't, they were open during the sleet, snow and frozen roads. Have to give them props for coming into work on such a day! As we all know, they are not perfect. They do miss something here and there. All in all, we were still happy! Clean, friendly, and pretty fast. We can deal with a missing item or misstep here and there. ?
Went through drive-thru and did not receive my full order. Got home had to go back. Told the manager and he just handed me the rest of my order with no words. Like they are used to this happening. This has happened to other people I know on multiple occasions at this location. Food great, service sucks. I go further to McDonalds in Royce City now.
The ever constant reliability we have come to expect
I ordered on the app and picked up in store, the drive thru was around the building. I feel like they punished me for going inside, they even said people picking up for the app go in the DT. Four people came in after me and they order and got their orders. My order was not big, two sandwiches, a muffin, a burrito, and a biscuit.
Big breakfast is my Sunday wake up call. They are friendly, fast, and my order is always accurate. In a time when service matters, they hit the mark.
Always loved Big Macs. But bread was dry, burger was dry. Didn't taste yummy like it used to.
