I love Marco's Pizza! Always the best!
Website never works. When you call them to place the same order that is available online over the phone, they say they can’t honor it. I’ve had success with them helping me out in the past but the past few times they failed to honor deals available online, in the store even though it’s THEIR website does NOT work….Never coming back. Please get a grip on ur customer service!
I have had this location deliver 4 times to my location over the last 3 months and now all of a sudden(new manager) they will not deliver here (Riding Club Estates) anymore.
Decent take out or delivery pizza joint. Cheesy bread and pizza is good. Wings are soggy.
Horrible customer service. I called in to pick up my order instead of having it delivered and was told ok and wasn't told a time for pick up. Then asked why I wasn't offered a special and it was because I didn't ask for a special, I was charged a higher price.?! I was asked if I wanted to use It next time.I asked why I couldn't use the discount now? What a beating.
Wouldn’t accept cash for a large multi-family order. Very inconvenient. Wish they’d let their customers know.

So...the Marco's website wasn't working so I ordered for pick up. I get there and they tell me " I'm sorry, we didn't have the ingredients for the philly pizza!" Wth? I just drove 20 minutes to get there. I order another pizza and they say it will be ready in 10 minutes.... 30 minutes later I had to go back into the restaurant to ask for my pizza and I still had to wait!! Wont be back for a while....
Best philly cheese pizza in town! Way to go. I ordered a large philly tonight and it was amazing. Everyone in Rockwall needs to check this place out!!!
