Called to place an order at 7pm and was told the kitchen is closed. How is the kitchen closed an hour before your store closes. I can understand if it was 15 before close, but an hour. come on thats just lazy and poor customer service.
Well lets just say out of the 3 times that we have gone there, they've made us feel like our business is not welcomed. The 3rd and last time they wanted to charge us for more ketchup, this is know as a CODB condiment and will cost you business. I don't even want to wish you good luck at this point. Good riddance once you leave.
Gumbo was overly salty. Rice was clumped up like it was just pulled out of fridge.. Soup was luke warm.. More on the room temperature side.. Dissatisfied.. Will not return
Update based on response from owner: appreciate the response for sure and the clarification helps a ton, I never asked to use it because I thought the sign meant no use at all, food was great and service was adequate but waiter didn't communicate much, overall good food is most important though. Updated rating to 4 stars. Old review: What kind of resteraunt doesn't have a bathroom. Shout out to the resteraunts nearby for picking up the slack for the one that doesn't allow you to use theirs after you are a customer.
Excellent food and excellent service
Great food, marginal service. Comfortable old style seating. Men's bathroom needed cleaning. Very pricey re: king crab. No professional table svc & limited drink selections. But, I'll be back there soon. The food was awesome-ness!
Quality food and a good variety! If you must have your crab fix, you can't go wrong here. The oysters are fresh and my favorite is the oyster po'boy.
We had sausage and shrimp boil with medium sauce. It was delicious! I would prefer that the shrimp were deveined.

We ordered the snow crab, tiger shrimp and sweet potato fries.Crab and shrimp were expertly cooked! Crab cracked easily and came out of the shell beautifully. We just got butter, no flavoring. Tasted great, not too fishy; fresh.Sweet potato fries were cooked great, but could use seasoning. They were pretty bland.Overall food came out fast and we had a great experience. Will definitely be going back.
