HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.Ordered a Lil John with xtra turkey and provolone cheese. As you can see in the photos, that’s not what I received. I spoke with the manager Marty, who basically told me they were out of bread and I had to wait 4 hours for a new sandwich.
Worst Experience EVER!!! Waited for my food to be delivered for more than an hour. The guy who delivered my food had an attitude.When my food got here it was all soggy and gross!! Never again!

They were fast. but I asked only to put their olive and vinegar but didn't listen and put from the other one when i asked he said it's the same! I went home definitely not olive and vinegar. I was so disapointed
I’m not sure if someone overcooked the bread or if it has sat out for days or a combination of both but the bread was very hard for both my fiancé and I’s sandwiches. You could literally knock on it. Not usually disappointed with my sandwiches at JJ, but definitely was today.
There is a guy named Colton at the rockwall location that was rude to me and my fiance one time. He went off on us while we were waiting for our food and he raised his voice so everyone in the store can hear him.
Ordered lunch from this location today. The French bread was stale and hard as a rock. It was so hard to bite into, I had to throw away the bread and just eat the veggies and lunch meat. So disappointed.. first time I've ever been dissatisfied with a Jimmy John's order. Maybe it's just this store coz I've had positive experiences with other locations.
Took them over an hour to deliver my food and when I called to ask where my order was they put me on hold.
Refused service due to short staff. Locked door.
Second day in a row order was messed up.I ordered avocado with my sandwich and today i even asked them if the avocado was in there she looked in the sandwich and said yes.. Guess what she lied...
