Working and smiling and cranking out the best sub sandwich in town. We got two foot-longs: one steak with grilled peppers and onions substituted provolone for the standard white American cheese, and 1 with each cold-cut available and provolone. The bread was superb with a subtle crunch in the crust and perfect texture inside. The fresh veggies and Mike's spice added brightness to the taste making this meal well worth the drive. I also loved the Agave soft drink to top off the experience. Thank you for your support of the Special Olympics ? ❤!!!!
Always efficient and friendly! Mark knows his customers and you feel like you are in a mom & pop sandwich shop with extra-friendly customer service! Delicious sandwiches and awesome staff!
The food is good, but pricey. Like nearing the price of I could have sat down for a small steak across the interstate.
Line moved pretty slow. Didn't seem like a great value for the price. Limited toppings/veggies compared to other sub shops. Freshly sliced meat.Not bad overall.Fountain drinks, tea, bottled, and canned drinks available.Bagged chips and cookies for sides.
I showed up tonight to get a giant 13 mikes way and a blond young lady was very rude with everything she said. And not just that but she wasn’t wearing her hat either, like how everyone else was wearing it. I really like going here after a long days of work but I don’t enjoy the attitude from her. Keep in mind all the other coworkers of hers were very friendly and kind.
This is the second time that my order (cheesesteak) was made incorrectly. I told the guy at the checkout that it was made incorrectly (no peppers) but he didn’t offer to make it over. He even took my order. Wait time was fairly long as well. Look like they are understaffed but doing the best they can.

If you think this is a quick sandwich shop like on the commercials, you’ll be disappointed. Placed an order for pick up ASAP, showed up and waited until the 30 minute mark when I left. Told them multiple times I was there and checked on the order, nothing. When I called to get a refund they acted like they didn’t know how to do that. When I spoke to the manager he had no answers just excuses. Nobody in line waited 30 minutes for sandwiches so maybe the key is not to order online or if you’re in a rush.
This is a good and clean location. The service was great. They were pretty busy, with mostly online orders but I still got great and friendly service. The only reason for the 4 stars was due to them only having wheat bread.
