I love Ihop and this location has fantastic service. The servers and the cooks are always friendly and attentive. Never once have I had an order made incorrectly. They only down side is that the building is falling apart. The booths, the floor, everything. They could really use y'all to go in and support them so they can afford to fix some tings.
We (3 of us) walked in Monday night and there were maybe 4 other customers here. The host said to wait and they'll get a table ready. 10 minutes go by and the host and a server were chatting up front by the kitchen while we still stood at the door. Never got seated and left to go to Waffle House next door. A family came in after us and left after about 15-20 mins of not being seated too.I understand being understaffed is hard, but be honest with your customers about the wait time at the very least. We felt like they didn't want to see us and were waiting for us to leave.
Went here for post-prom dinner with friends, service was great and we had a great time. Food wasn't top notch but still tasty enough for midnight dining!
Service was great, food was ok but the restaurant itself is dirty. The floors and walls looked like they haven't been cleaned in a while. Just makes me wonder how clean their kitchen really is!
This I hop is amongst one of the cleanest I've been to. The staff is amazing and they are super nice. They let you set there for a long time just filling up your coffee. I love it. 10/10
Breakfast was fine. Our server was training a new server, so they were very attentive. Great job and did was delicious.

With the exception of Rachel who was very helpful, the rest of the staff acted like they were too busy to serve their customers. I, along with other customers, waited in the front lobby without so much as an I'll be with you in just a moment. I found their behavior incredibly rude.
The service wasn't very good. It wasn't busy and there weren't very many customers. We still had to wait for 20 min to have our order taken. The waitress forgot any of the sauces for the sandwiches. I only had 3/4 of a patty on my burger. I asked for Ranch 3 times before having to get up and ask another server. All in all want very impressed with this location.
Ordered curbside. Delivery time was at 9:55. Called twice after we waited nearly 30 minutes after. Nobody answered the phone. Walked in to the restaurant and found our food on the in-store pickup cart with no receptionist at the front.
