If you like places that cook the food while you watch them do it, you will live this place. You can either go for some pre-chosen bowl, or you can choose your own and decide what goes in it. I always choose my own because I prefer more meat than vegetables. But if you are a veggie only type of guy, you can latterly only put your choice of veggies to cook. You can choose your own from a buffet style bench from meats, veggies and sauce. You can also choose if you would like noodles or rice. There are quite a few options, but thats the whole point of this place. Trust me you will enjoy it even if you are a picky eater.
Last weekend my girlfriend and I made a last minute decision and decided to stop by and have a late lunch at this location. As we walked in a young lady by the name of Katie greeted us and sat us at a table. Katie was incredible to say the least and blew us both away. Not only did she take care of us the entire visit but she fully explained everything to us while seeming so interested in doing so. We watched her play the roles of a hostess, waitress, and busier. She had the best personality, attitude and was very pleasant to converse with. She rocked and I can assure you that we will be coming back because of her customer service skills. Thanks again Katie!
I've been coming here with my family for years and this was one of the best experiences I've had yet! The new staff they have is wonderful. The hostess was so friendly, we didn't have to wait for anything, our bowls were cooked perfectly and the manager who checked on us was super sweet! They were very busy, but ran it like a pro. Great experience.
Great staff. Good prices. Really good food. I went twice and both times we were sort of confused by the menu. The staff was super helpful both times in explaining how everything worked. The food was fantastic and cooked perfectly. They give you a bowl and a bunch of options to build it the way you want. After you have completed building your bowl with the meat and veggies you want they cook it for you. 10/10 would highly recommend.
It has been quite a while since I've been to Genghis. The food quality is still spot on. There are now more options to choose from for bowl sizes and a few more options available for ingredient selection. But like everything else in today's economy, prices have gone up...considerably! Today's lunch... $20 apiece!
This is an Excellent Mongolian grill...I love that it's fresh meat not frozen like other Mongolian grills. This was our 2nd visit and this time we brought my parents. They also agreed it's definitely a place to go back to.
we didn't know what this place was. we saw stir fry and was like let's go here.. My son goes inside, runs back out and says they cook the food mom on the big table.. He's been begging to go to a place like this. you get to choose your stuff you want and sauces and they cook it for you just like a place called Sues in California but this place isn't all you can eat. that was the only difference. But overall it was delicious and will definitely be going back.
Food was decent, neat place if you've never been. The guy cooking was on his phone the entire time in and out of the kitchen while cooking our food. I'm not against it, but maybe try hiding it a little better just for the professionalism of the restaurant.
We ate here a few weeks ago, and it was awesome! Food was delicious, and even though they were VERY short staffed, a very muscular guy that works there didn't miss a beat! Great service. Came back today....blah. Used the exact same ingredients, yet food was dull and bland? The young ladies that were working were not friendly. At all. Hopefully was just a bad day.
great food and service!!!!!!!!!!!!!??
