I am not happy with my visit. It was my 1st time going there and it was very overpriced. I thought the burgers would be better since the price was that high. My family spent $58.00 for only 5 burgers, when I can spend that same amount at Chillis and other restaurants included with many things other than just the burger. I don't think I will return.
The Manager Bri was extremely rude and unprofessional. I guess she thought I didn’t get water from the soda machine in my water cup. She was staring at me while I filled up my drink like the people that follow you around retail stores to make sure you’re not stealing. Very rude. Secondly, I did get water from the machine. And then when my order was ready she proceeded to call me “water boy” as she handed me the food in a condescending tone. When I asked her what she meant by calling me “water boy”, she told me that she was talking about some guy outside and I asked her which guy specifically. To which, she had a fumbled reply. Maybe there are more important things she could have been doing as the manager of the store than to be visually scrutinizing the paying customers and verbally belittling them. In general, just not the type of person who should be working as a manager in the service industry. Best of luck.
Overpriced!! Not sure if it’s due to Biden policies or just greed, however $16 for a BLT, small fries and regular drink seems a bit much for what you get. As for the taste…not good either. Bacon was burnt and had the taste of previous-day’s leftovers. Fries were hot and tasty though. Would not recommend unless you have money to burn.
Really good experience! They accidentally put cheese on my burger but they were really apologetic and remade my burger quickly. Definitely get the cajun fries!
We had a really odd experience.. We came in, and approached the counter. At the POS register, the front was showing the screen that usually only the employees see. There were give or six gentlemen there working, and they just looked at us.. we thought maybe we were supposed to put in our own order. When we were about to start ordering, one guy said that someone would be right with us. A minute or so later a young guy took our order, but he wasn't really listening as after we would say something he would have us repeat it. It was odd. They also told us the large fry would feed five people, but it definitely will not. Needless to say, 4 small burgers, 4 drinks, and a not so large fry was $54. My husband and our two boys left still hungry. We weren't impressed with the quality for the price, so we personally probably won't be back.
Love their burgers and fries. A little pricey for my taste. $22 for a bacon cheeseburger, mid fries and small drink. Still good food.
Not a fan. I walked in & there were a bunch of people standing around. I ordered a small fry and a coke. Then I realized all those people were waiting. No one other than the cashier was behind the counter. So no one was cooking anything. A bit later a few workers came out from the back. 15 minutes later I got my fries. Cold, not crisp and nasty. And it was almost $10!I won't be back...ever.
THE SIGN says FIVE guys. When I entered you would not believe what I saw. FIVE (counted them) FIVE WOMEN. I ran away screaming crying you would not believe my shock my horror.Bring back the mcrib.
Good burger and fries but too pricey for what it is. Bacon burger, small fries, and small drink was $20. And the coke machine was out of vanilla (hence the 4 star)
Consistently good burgers here. Add a shake if you are feeling particular gluttonous.
