If I could give them -5 stars I would. I went there two different times within months of each other and HAIR was in my food. The first time I told them about the hair they said 'grossss' and I asked why don't you guys wear hair nets the young lady said she was never told to wear one. The team couldn't give me a refund because they didn't know how to process the refund and the manager was off and wouldn't answer the phone. They took my name and number so she could process the refund but I never got a call back. I went back to Rockwall probably 3 weeks later for the refund and the owner/mgr gave me a refund apologized and even asked me to give them another chance that he was short staffed due to covid and I understood where he was coming from. I went back a couple of months later, noticed the workers not wearing a hairnet...I still ordered(I shouldn't have). I checked my sandwich before I left and there was yet another long black hair in my food. I cringe thinking about it now. This time the team was able to give me a refund and he said 'we will go ahead and refund my entire order as a courtesy' basically since I made my drink and I was drinking it already. I left it all there and will never return. Imagine how many people have had hair in the food and didn't check it. I now check all of my food especially layered sandwiches.
Way too overpriced for NOT getting items ordered!!! Ordered steak and cheese received with no cheese! $11 for the sorry excuse of a sub pictured below. Drink ordered not received and other order did not receive chips. All that had to be purchased separately by the way! Such a horrible first time experience! Spent $30 on a medium incomplete steak and cheese and a small turkey bacon ranch! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
Ordered today a couple hours ahead of time, pick up our sandwiches, get home, and they're totally cold and soggy like they were made at the time of the order vs. the time of pickup. On top of it, the steak sandwiches we ordered only had about 1/2 the meat as the last time we ordered. Plus, they forgot the pickles.This location almost never provides the sauces ordered to accompany the sandwiches, either.Trying to locate the manager's contact info, which isn't available on the site or anywhere, so leaving this review here to share my experience with the community.I'd recommend taking your hard-earned money to another location or sandwich place, cause this place has been disappointing for months now.
Horrible food and customer service. Ordered 2 sandwiches, got home and on one they completely forgot to put the meat on it. Employees are rude and make snide comments. You’re better off getting a sandwich wrapped up in plastic at 7-11.
Food Was Great And So Was The Service
Order was not made correctly and tasted disgusting. Called multiple times just to get someone to answer the phone for a refund and the young child working there stated i would have to come in to receive a refund for an online order. Bad attitude and obviously doesn't care about their work. If you can't do the job and don't like the work, go somewhere that needs useless individuals to work.
I placed a catering order online Tuesday for a Saturday pickup. This was lunch for a wedding party.This was two sandwich platters and a cookie platter. I received my confirmation of order. Saturday morning at 10:48 I get a phone call stating they just saw my order and there was no way they could have these ready by 11:00. I then asked if we backed off until 11:30 could we get them? I was placed on hold only to be told they only had 2 people and their 11 o’clock person was running late. One excuse after another. This was the second chain store to do this to me I’m a month. The first was for a memorial service. Both were important events. Needless to say I called an independent business owner who was more than happy to take my order and rush it. The day was saved. I will never trust another chain for an important event again. Such a fail!
Online orders do not give you an estimated time for pick up. When you call to confirm a time no one answers. Not sure why 2 subs take more than 30 minutes. I finally went in and my subs were finished. Only 2 other people were waiting for subs.
If you like spending money on bread and lettuce this is the place for you. They don’t like including meat.
So I went there to get food with my gf. They didn’t seem friendly at all when we first got there. Waited a while for us to be greeted or acknowledged, even though they saw us.My gf ordered her sandwich and got it correct. I ordered the hero sub, with everything. I didn’t bother to look at the recipe, but when my food was ready, I noticed the recipe and sub was the new chicken sub. I don’t see how one can mistake hero for chicken. I ate it anyways, as I’m not picky, and just won’t eat here anymore, I’ll just go to the Mesquite location which has amazing service.Also, they didn’t bother to tell us it was going to be a long wait time until AFTER I ordered and paid.
