Food is good but did not get everything with the $40 for 2 meal which in total was $56 we got shorted our chicken strips and the cheesecake, also one the sandwiches was the wrong flavor, kind of false advertising or bad order filling. Will not return because of to many errors to order. Basically paid $50 plus for two sandwiches and some cold fries. Sad ?
Fantastic food, you can tell a real chef came up with this menu. This isn't just a bunch of high school kids frying chicken, these people actually know what they're doing. I was floored at the quality of the food the quantity is there too! Great chicken fried steak! Real mashed potatoes. Real friendly people. The desserts are amazing also. I definitely recommend this place.
The hands down BEST chicken we have ever eaten!!! The service was excellent as well. I had chicken fried chicken with mashed potatoes and okra, Thomas had the Korean fried chicken with rice and we got a side of biscuits. Chicken is moist, tender and the perfect amount of crispy batter. Mashed potatoes are REAL mashed potatoes. Homemade biscuits that are light and crispy on the bottom. Korean chick has FLAVOR ?
Finally got to try this. Everything is delicious. Fresh. Great afternoon dinner. Nice patio too.
I used to be a customer, today I visited for the first time as a Dasher and will not return due to the service I received. I picked up a customer's large order, when I asked if it was just the two bags to ensure I received the complete order, the owner rudely replied "What, do you need more bags"? The way that she talks to customers vs someone in the service industry is astounding. She may want to think about that the next time she is speaking to someone who helps make her money.
My absolute favorite sandwich is at Fat Chicken in Rockwall. It’s called the Holy Smoke. I get it every time we go there…. It is SO GOOD!!The owners work so hard and do a fantastic job!
Great place to eat home style food ? ? , great service and friendly people . Will definitely be back soon. The Monday night special is awesome. Bought 3 and was ready in 15 mins with my other added items.
Oh my. I thought that I'd had a chicken sandwich before, but I was wrong. This is the chicken sandwich others dream of; I can't even begin to explain just how good this was. Order the HOLY SMOKE and thank me later. I've found my favorite chicken sandwich and there is not a close second.....wow
Just stopped by for my first time, and all I can say is WOW!! This place is amazing. I got “The Yankee” and it is hands down the BEST chicken sandwich I’ve ever had in my 27 years of living. I will definitely be back again and will be recommending this to all of my friends and family.
We happened to stumble across Fat Chicken. What an amazing discovery. Everything we had was delicious! Chicken fried chicken is something that will make your mouth start to salivate, the picnic chicken sandwich is the king of the chicken sandwiches, and the deviled eggs were the best I have ever had! Definitely making this one of my top restaurants. It’s worth the drive wherever you are coming from...
