If your looking for large portions of sushi and slightly sweet fried rice than this is your place. Everything is big in size and flavorful. The restaurant is in our regular rotation of places we eat at as a group.
All the food was great! The tempora udon was the best! Service was good too. Sushi was fresh and the fried rice was seasoned perfectly!

Not such a fan of eel sauce but a dip in soy moved it up several points in flavor rating!!Hawaiian is Tuna and avocado atop a California roll. +Yum!And Chefs Rockwell fire roll (local name) was a great combo of flavors!We will return, with friends, Snd for our Anniversaries!
We had great service, great food, and a great experience. The sushi was fresh and delicious. We were very pleased with our server as well. We did regular dine in, not hibachi. I have no clue why some of the reviews are so critical, but as far as sushi goes, this is one of the top in Rockwall.
I'm not Japanese restaurant expert, but this place is pretty good. The tempura shrimp in my Rockwall Roll was crunchy and the roll itself flavorful, very good quality. I was surprised by how simple and flavorful the friefd rice was. I had eaten a few bites before I took the picture!
This was the Worst hibachi ? I have ever had. We ordered take out. They packed the food before I could see it. They left out the rice I had to make a return trip for it. They charged me an extra $4.99 for each fried rice. Doesn't the rice go on the grill with the rest of the food? Yeah none of this food ever touched a hibachi grill. The food was drowning in some kind of sauce (sauce on hibachi? Isn't that stir fry.) Can't judge the fod if you eat in but I can tell you not to bother with take out! Horrible and expensive, not earth the trouble.
Food was great! Drinks were great! Service terrible. Been coming to this restaurant for the past 20 years, sometimes with 2 people sometimes with 15 never have been charged auto gratuity before until tonight. For a party of 8. Which the checks were split 2 guests,2 guests, 3 guests, and 1 guests. We always tip 25 to 30%. Plus tip the bartender and chef. It's sad that they want to limit how much their servers make.
This gem is located in a little strip shopping center right off of the HWY I30. The food....WOW! We started with a tempura appetizer consisting of shrimp, broccoli, mushroom, onion, and sweet potato....came out hot and cooked to perfection. I ordered the Temptation Roll; it was one of the best rolls ive ever had, and i have had my share of sushi rolls. My lovely lady got the deep fried Happy Roll....it was outstanding. Also ordered a side of fried rice....listen, if you like fried rice you have to come and get it here, havent had better in DFW. Great atmosphere, decent prices, and excellent food. The server Justin was perfect; friendly, prompt, knowledgeable, and great at recommending different different dishes. The manager Michael is running a nice place here. Our new Japanese spot. You won't regret it whatsoever.
