I bought a dozen assorted donuts yesterday the store was very clean and the employees were very polite and nice but the quality of the donuts were well below what I would expect my wife suggested that the oil used to cook the donuts was old and needed to be changed but whatever the problem I was not pleased with the quality of the donuts

So disappointed this morning when Donut Station #4 lost my Birthday Donut order for my daughter and her teacher. I brought my order receipt order in to prove that I placed the order and they just kept questioning me. They even gave me a hard time because I placed the order 4 weeks ago. I know mistakes happen but as a business there comes a point when you need to make up for your mistake. I am the one who had to request a refund and ask for donuts. They just wanted to keep talking about it. Luckily my daughter nor her teacher were expecting custom donuts, but I just am disappointed in the manner in which they handled this situation. I ended up just buying a random set of donuts. I will be doing custom donut orders with another business from now on.
