I keep trying to give them a chance but my cookies the last two months have nearly no topping in it. The toffee cake had nearly no toffee topping on it. One of the brownie cookies had no brownie topping on it and the other one had a small amount only in the middle. No other crumble puts dust on the cookie and calls it a topping.
Their cookies were really good. Prices are okay. It was $15 for 4 cookies. Their cookies are large (about the palm of a average hand). They come out warm which is nice. It took them about 8 minutes to fulfill my order after ordering which was nice. The waiting area is small and has about 10 people in it so it was crowded.
Wow! Never heard of this place, because we're out of Towner's, but was treated by our son and I chose the apple Cookie. It was so delicious, it's a soft cookie pie! The Carmel glazed apples in the center is to die for! Even my husband loved it and he's not much for sweets. Very filling too! I would definitely recommend Crumbl Cookies!
These cookies are amazing! Crunchy outside and soft on the inside!!! We love getting a variety and cutting into fourths so we can try them all. The app is so easy to use which makes pick up a breeze! This are our new go-to when we need a sweet treat to celebrate with!!
I love these cookies! It’s always so much fun checking each week to see the new flavors! Often times I find “must try” cookies!! I love this place! Employees are friendly and efficient and the store front is very clean!! So happy to have Crumbl in Rockwall!
Great experience for my first time ever coming I totally had a blonde moment with the self check out but Kimberly was so nice, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, The whole staff today, were smiling & just what I needed today…Thank y’all . I will come back!
Placed an order through their app for delivery waited over an hour and still no update that my order was even out for delivery so I called the store only to find out that they were just going to let me sit and wait for who knows how long because the system was “down” as they said but no one thought to call me to let me know my order was never going to be picked up and delivered to me. My options were a refund or I could keep my order and pick it up sometime later this week…how can I place an order for delivery if the system is down?
Ordered 300 mini cookies for my wedding send off treat. Their staff was absolutely amazing. I had them put the mini cookies in cute baggies and they did it no questions asked!! Look how precious?
Cookies are so delicious! Gotta cut them in quarters and eat a little at a time. But that's okay. So good and so worth it!
