Usually we have great food and service! Not today. We were served our salad and no utensils. We were told I will bring them when we have them! What? A restaurant running out of silverware???? Then our bread was dropped on the run, without saying a word. Our salad dishes remained on table during entrees. You sure can tell the Pandemic caused restaurants to hire what they can find…it may be awhile before we return. We usually went weekly.
Very disappointed!!! Mt waitress never came back to refill my drink. My food looked as if it had been sitting for a while and tasted as if they put it in the microwave to heat it. As you can see I didn't finish the plate.
Lunch with my son. He had the chicken fried chicken with fries and Macaroni and I had the Meatloaf with green beans and garlic mashed potatoes very delicious server was very nice and helpful. We’ll be back
Cotton Patch has became one of my family's to-go places. The food is great and the customer service is amazing! Carrie, was very welcoming when we came through the To-Go entrance. She gave us ample time to go over the menu and was able to answer our questions. While we waited for our order, we observed how full of energy she was attending to all the orders, including phone orders. Good multi-tasker! She always had a smile on her face. Its good to see cheerful employees enjoying what they do, especially when you don't see that very often. Two thumbs up for Carrie!!
A longtime favorite of DFW. The chicken fried steak is bigger than your head! Chicken fried Chicken is also two-breasted, and the crust and white gravy are awesome. Great selection of side dishes includes spiced apples. Who can resist? Best feature of our last meal was Ember, the waitress who was smiling like she was serving Cary Grant and Doris Day every time she came to our booth. And she came often and never forgot to bring every requested item to us. Much Obliged, little Lady! Keep loving your Life.
Today I ordered through Grub hub, to have my order canceled on grub hubs side, the driver still showed up to pick up the order, i spoke with the AMAZING manager Jesse he was making our order and sending it with the grub hub driver. That driver took our food and never delivered it. ?Jesse remade my entire order again and personally delivered it. He brought us our food along with a stack of free kids meal cards, and free appetizer/desert cards. What an amazing manager. My teachers were so happy!!! Thank you Jesse. LIGHTHOUSE ACADEMY STAFF APPRECIATE YOU SO MUCH!!

Hot Rolls & Honey Butter ? delicious... excellent service glad they're open again and have servers.Stopped by for a pick up order but ended up staying to down our extra rolls..Carleigh was the manager and she runs a tight ship. Fast and friendly. Served served fresh piping hot. Chicken tenders were large and tender not overly battered.Chicken fried steak and loaded baked tater was excellent with fried okra.Can't go wrong!!
Carli is a great server. Ordered the honey glazed salmon with pilaf rice mushroom and fried okra ? delicious.
I love the food here never had issues since I have been. Wait staff amazing doesn't matter who you get. They are rocking... If you get an appetizer get the fried green tomatoes soooooo good. Don't miss out.
