It's Eh, pizza was warm ish. Except the freshly put out ones. Didn't seem much like a variety or different, 3 cheese pizzas, 2 pepperoni, no hamburger pizza.The cinnamon rolls were eh, not sweet. Just taste like dough.
Just as expected. Plenty of options. Pizza was fresh. Salad options were also fresh. Staff kept up with cleaning tables throughout the time frame I was there. Staff is your typical teenager. Hate their jobs but were friendly.
We stood up front for 10 minutes waiting for pay for the buffet and no one ever came to the front… also there was like 3 slices of pizza on the entire buffet line, and people were standing up near the buffet line and complaining about how they weren’t putting anything out… needless to say, we left and went elsewhere
Amazing Service at this location, all the employees from the cashier to the cooks were so friendly, professional; high five to all the staff! Good was fresh, and do good! Restaurant was clean!
Very good pizza !!! The floor close to the buffet is very dirty and need some attention.
My family and I ate here last night. It was the worst. Every empty table was dirty, and the one employee who was cleaning tables was in a real bad mood.The food usually makes up for the seating situation, but there was nothing to choose from. Out of the 8-10 spots where pizza is usually placed, there were only 1-2 actual pizzas out at a time. We waited over 40 minutes for more options, and it just got worse. The desserts disappeared and never came back; there was 1 cheese stick when we walked in, and that was the only one that made an appearance in the hour that we spent in the restaurant.I'll add that it was Valentine's Day, so maybe the employees on shift were upset that they had to work... Who knows? I won't be returning to find out.
Always having to bring our granddaughter to this CiCi's, because she loves their pizza! Good pizza, pasta, salad, and desserts! Just wish their trash can openings were bigger round to throw your food & trash into.
So what do you really expect from a CiCis.... I guess for me it's the variety of selection and the games for my kid to play.We don't do CiCis often but this is the first time we've been to this location.The first thing that we noticed was that the pizza selection was very minimal especially for not being busy. They had very little selection and they had no basic pizzaI'm an old fashioned pepperoni and cheese guy and there was none.The games here are also super expensive. They charge prices like it's a Dave and Busters but there's no prizes to be won here lol.In the end I guess it's a CiCis so what do you expect really.
Cicis pizza used to be good not any more. Price has gone up and quality is down. Eat at your own risk
