love the pizza and my kids love the games
It has been over a decade since I have been to a Chuck E Cheese. I am impressed with how clean and how they have upgraded to cards instead of tokens. I spent over $90 in food, drinks, salad and points on card. Unfortunately after our purchase we were told (30 minutes later) that there wasn’t any salad. So I asked for a refund and they called the manager. Manager Ricardo came up and explained to me the ONLY way he could give a refund was to run my card again but minus the salad bar amount. He said the 2 charges (which is almost $200) will be on hold on my account for at least 24-48 hours. Unacceptable! They definitely need a BETTER refund system!
Took our family and it was very fun. For $35 you get to play for two hours and you literally have the best time ever. You can take pictures , drink slurpees and make points for a final prize at the end. I think this is a wonderful place to make memories and spend a sunday. It definitely brought back memories when I was 11. Would love to go back someday!! Thanks for having me :)
Salad Bar was terrible lettuce brown veggies were old Cottage cheese was bad told the person up front , she asked if l wanted a new plate told her no thanks …..lol pizza was good and the place was clean and machine’s were all working other than that it average at best.
Very disappointed all of the games for the younger kids were broken and they didn't have any signs indicating they were not working. Chuck E. Cheese never came out and we were there for 1 hour. We also stood for 15 minutes waiting on someone to help us get prizes and the cashier was very annoyed and acted as though she did not want to be there. Definitely a disappointment.
As a mom of 2 toddlers we're frequent chuckie cheese customers, we always have fun however today we had a truly awesome *chuckie* I wish I could remember her name it started with an A but she was absolutely amazing and we went above and beyond for my little guy !
Had my son birthday party there and it was a horrible experience! For what we paid for it wasn’t worth it at all! Also my hostess was very rude and she act like she didn’t want to be there ! Will be the last time I ever go there for a birthday party
The pizza is mediocre and outrageously over priced. We only go to have fun with the two Grand-Kids. We took our kids there when it originally open in Dallas. They loved it then, too. It's not just about the food. There are tons of new, high-tech video games. We got pictures with the G-Kids made on a ride. Yeah
Had a pretty good experience at this location, not all of them are the same! The lady at the counter was fast and helpful. The pizza was delicious and the drink area was clean. I got there around 12:30 and left around 2. Only complaint is that about 4 of the games were down.
It was very expensive for a 1 hour visit. $45 for 2 one hour play cards. Then we got 1 pizza and 4 drink cups. It was over $83 just for all that. There was no one in a Chuck costume and no more animatronics. Not even the solo Chuck animatronic. They also took out the play area. They instead had tvs playing Kids Bop and a small dance floor. We had an ok time but my bank account did not. I will say that the pizza was really good. Even my kids really enjoyed it. But was the pizza worth $30? No. Never.
